*** ***'s vehicle was a Palmer Police Impound. It was left in an intersection during a snow storm. I don't know how long it was sitting there. We were called by the Police to impound it and take it back to our storage facility. We would have no reason to get the vin from
the windshield because it was covered in snow. We unlock the vehicles to tow them and them relock when we secure it at our facility. We would have no reason to touch his windshield. There could of been someone else approach it while it was abandoned. The police would be on scene with the vehicle before we would be called out. He picked up his vehicle and didn't say anything about it. It wasn't for awhile after that he stopped here and said something. I looked at it and it looks like a scratch from an ice scraper. My drivers wouldn't have any reason to use a sraper on a customers vehicle. Attached is the tow bill that *** *** paid. Any questions, please feel free to call. Sandra B***
