Pacific Health Benefits

Review: I have been trying to contact someone, ANYONE, at Pacific Health Benefits, for more than five months to cancel my plan and stop drafting my bank account. The medical discount plan does not work and I want it cancelled immediately. They do not ever answer the telephone and never return phone calls or emails. There is no customer service. It appears that nobody exists at this company except for whoever is collecting the money each month.

I have called two other businesses with very similar names, trying to find someone at this company, and they report that they receive many calls like mine with the same story. One of these businesses has filed a complaint on Pacific Health Benefits with the Federal Trade Commission.Desired Settlement: This business appears to be a scam and it seems that they continue to defraud and cheat individuals by signing up unsuspecting individuals, drafting their account and then never allowing themselves to be contacted again. I want the draft from my account stopped immediately and have all my paid premiums refunded.
