Tell us why here...I am sending you copies of our emails back and forth as well as a copy of a craigslist ad we found a week after he picked up his car in which he states the engine as well as the rest of the car has no issues .  We sent first his back wheels then fronts out to be...

polished at his polisher . He then had us pull the valve covers and air breather off to send them out .  I didn't even charge him for R & R those parts . On top of that it also sat here while it was raining because he didn't want to drive it home in the rain also referenced in the emails . . We did charge him for trans fluid and oil twice and we shouldn't have so I will refund him the price of the fluids $36.47 inc tax . We did not double bill any labor.The second repair bill was added on work and as you can see in the email dated 01/03/2016 he even recaps the added on repairs . We even drove to Phoenix to pick up the timing cover and spent hours on the phone and internet finding parts to fix his rear brake calipers that were discontinued . As far as his brake concerns . I told him in an email dated 12/22/2015 we were going to scuff the rotors and pads to try and get rid of the squeak which we also did not charge for . Now the brakes just need to be broke in by driving it. . I did email him right away after he emailed me to say his son saw some drops on ground and he wanted a full refund . It could be the gear box leaking which I informed him of on the email dated 12/17/2015 and he opted not to repair or it could be a defective part or another leak that has shown up after stopping the other leaks .
