I spoke to the consumer immediatelyPer his request, I emailed my marketing company telling them never to send this consumer another mail solicitationThe consumer told me he would withdraw the complaint once I sent my marketing company the email which was providedI then followed up with the
consumer to verify he saw the email I sent to my marketing companyHe thanked me for the way I handled the situationI just called *** at the Revdex.com and left a voice message to explain

Should the business contact anyone at the physical address or any internet address be contacted after today, all future complaints will NOT be accepted. It is unfair to the consumer that they should have to contact an outside arbitrator to get the company to answer any form of communication. Pacific Home Loans caters to the military? Response to Mr. [redacted]’s Complaint: I immediately called Mr. [redacted] once I received the notification from the Revdex.com.  I told Mr. [redacted], I am the owner of the company.  I then asked him what transpired.  After hearing his complaint for the first time, I told him that I was never informed of...
