Response to Mr. ***’s Complaint: I immediately called Mr. [redacted] once I received the notification from the BBB. I told Mr. ***, I am the owner of the company. I then asked him what transpired. After hearing his complaint for the first time, I told him that I was never informed of... his request. I then told him I would call and email my mail house to have his name and address permanently removed from any future mailings. I copied the consumer and the BBB on the email sent to our mail house (see below). He was happy with the resolution and said he would remove the complaint if I took those steps which I did. I always strive to make the consumer happy. Please feel free to follow up with Mr. [redacted] to validate my statements. Furthermore, he has not received any new mailings from our company.
