We are sorry to hear that the customer is unsatisfied with our productsThe order was placed and verified by [redacted] The product was shipped, received and signed for via UPSThey have had the invoice and product for over months and still have not paid for itIt states very clear on the invoice about our return policy and gives customers ample amount of time to return product for whatever reasonJust like any other company, we need to verify that the product is actually ours before we can issue a return label for product to be sent backUnfortunately this customer can't provide that proof so the bill is owedAt this time, they are unjustly enriching themselves on our behalf

We have asked numerous times for the customer to send us a picture to verify that she has our product to send backUnfortunately, she has not followed through on our request and until we get that information, the bill is dueWe have tried to comply with the customers terms but they have refused
our requests

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The shipping carton did not contain an invoice or packing receipt.  When we received a "past due" notice in March we immediately contacted the company to try and return the product.  We have the unused cartridge in an original box but we did dispose of the shipping container.

Just like any other company, we need to verify that the product is actually ours before we can issue a return label for product to be sent back. Unfortunately this customer can't provide that proof so the bill is owed. At this time, they are unjustly enriching themselves on our behalf.
