THEY WERE GREAT.......but
The owner EUGENE DRAPER passed away, and the business closed.
The ONLY ENTITY that for 50 YEARS cured this issue (97%)
or GAVE FULL REFUND.

Suzanne Somers wrote a book KEEPING SECRETS. she was 16 when they came to her house.
They exposed the medical world (AS MANY DOCTORS JOINED WITH THEM, as their OWN CHILDREN SUFFERED..but it was NOT A MEDICAL ISSUE) as being knowledgeable to this SLEEP DISORDER.
As long as the enuretic is dry by day.

If wet all day and night...that IS A MEDICAL ISSUE.
but you don't get something that BREAK AT NIGHT, fixes itself by day, and breaks again at night.
A person that SNORES ALL DAY...may need a laser on his tonsil...what do I KNOW?
But if they ONLY SNORE AT NIGHT...grind their teeth (Bruxism) stop breathing (SLEEP APNEA) then it's SLEEP RELATED.
PI used behavior modification when the child/adult was AWAKE...not in the middle of the night in a come...BEFORE THEY WENT TO BED...that taught them to sleep at a normal level, so they can react to bladder pressure, during their REM rises.

TO know the times/amounts/wakefulness of these wetting times? A bell and pad was used.
THAT WASN'T THE CURE. Many parents used bells for years. It woke the NEIGHBOR UP.
Not the poor soul who wet.
You can hit me when I snore...I will awaken...I will say SORRY.
2 seconds later?
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
I'm sleeping..I CAN'T HELP IT!
neither can the enuretic.

www.drypointsolutions.com took over the business...some of the consultants that used to work, are trying.
I told the boss...and I will tell you:
Of EVERY JOB I EVER HAD WHILE ON THIS EARTH...if I hit the lottery...42 MILLION DOLLARS...I would have worked for PI FOR FREE.
100%.
To see the kids..ADULTS...and see the DRY CARDS COME IN.
an RARELY to meet them on the streets.

I leave you with one thought:
YOU GO TO THE DR.
YOU HAVE A SNIFFLE,and a cough
HE/SHE gives you a pill.
you take the pill FOR 12 YEARS!
Do you think...maybe it's NOT A COLD?
Maybe you have an ALLERGY...ASTHMA...SOMETHING?
TWELVE YEARS!

NOPE..nobody in this CHAT IS THAT STOOPID.
right?
But for your child?
HE'LL OUTGROW IT..
the kid is 15..YA THINK HE'S HAD ENOUGH DOC?
NOPE//...restrict liquids
DOC...I got a 5 year old...OK..she's a brat...but she takes her CHOCOLATE MILK AT 9 PM, walks up to MICHAEL, THE teen, AND SAYS "NYAH..you can't DRINK! PUT ON YOUR PULL UP BABY"
That's NORMAL?
IF drinking had ANYTHING to do with bed-wetting, WE WOULD ALL be wetting.
BUT...since it's NOT THE PARENT suffering...and for TWELVE YEARS THEY LISTEN TO OH MIGHTY DOCTOR...restricting fluids:
MAKES THE URINE MORE CONCENTRATED: (SMELLS LOVELY WALKING INTO SOME HOUSES WITH THIS ISSUE)
and they GET RASHES/infections.

SO...remember what you were told was the MEDICINE on the program?
A BIG GLASS OF WATER RIGHT AT BEDTIME!
and they can drink WHATEVER THEY WANT UP UNTIL BEDTIME!
TO get the signal from the upper sphincter at the base of the bladder...because water BALANCES OUT THE BODY (AND SLEEP)..and in 2 days...the room smells like ROSES.
They still wet...but NOT A CONCENTRATED AMMONIA. Just water.

that said, in the game of musical chairs, sorry the owner died, and the business closed.
again, contact drypointsolutions. they MAY have carried on with the proper behavioral instructions per each pattern. I DON'T KNOW...but I did hear they are out there.

+2

Review: I have not heard from Pacific International (PI) since November of 2013. As my son had gone 30 days dry, I thought perhaps this was why I stopped receiving the usual letter correspondences with directions, which I was receiving every two weeks, as I was sending in a two week report every two weeks. We had agreed that if the problem came back, and my son began wetting at night again, they would continue to assist, as they had before. However, when I began to send it the two week time sheets I never received the expected correspondence from PI, I continued to send the sheets in until 1-21-2014, still no response as promised. With the last time sheet that I sent, I included a note of confusion as to why I haven't heard from them, and asking if there was something I did wrong, but I never received any type of communication from PI. I know I have the contract at home, and will be locating it this week, but my problem is I still owe money for a service that I am not receiving. This is a contractual issue, and the finance company (Time Investment) associated with my payments is telling me that I must continue making payments or my credit will be affected. I have a problem with this, as anyone would, and I am seeking a resolution. The fact that my son and I have been left hanging by the fact that PI stopped serving us as they agreed to in the contract, is not only extremely confusing but it is also unprofessional, unethical, unfair, unreasonable, and an obviously bold breach of contract, by PI themselves. It is also ridiculous that I am currently being told by its finance company that I must still pay or my credit will be effected, even though I am not receiving the service which I am paying for. If this problem is not solved soon, I will be pursuing other methods of resolution including but not limited to filing, within my rights, with the appropriate jurisdictional Court system.Desired Settlement: I am not currently seeking a full refund, although if my terms are not met, I am considering doing so through the Courts. I am seeking a remedy that consists of me not owing them anymore money, due to the fact that they have not continued to provide the remaining services due to me, which was agreed upon in the contract. I am currently set up to pay a monthly amount through the finance company, and still owe a good chunk, but since the service has stopped, so should the payments. I wish to walk away with my credit unaffected, a 0 balance due, and I will no longer expect any further services from PI, essentially PI and I can just walk away from this situation PI got us into. As previously stated, if my terms cannot be met and this method of resolution does not conclude accordingly, I will seek out the applicable courts and processes to remedy this breach of contract.

OH MY! The owner EUGENE DRAPER passed away, and the business closed.
YOU HAVE AN 800 NUMBER, on the case deck...you NEVER CALLED IN A YEAR?
to speak to your CASE DIRECTOR?
or client specialist?
WOW! You have WAY MORE PATIENCE THAN ANYONE I HAVE EVER MET...but certainly the consultant that signed up your enuretic left a card as well.
The program was and will be the ONLY successful solution in the field.
I worked for them and would have worked for FREE , the love of getting these people OUT OF THAT SLEEP, to a normal life...there was NO REWARD LIKE IT.

I know an offshoot DRYPOINTSOLUTIONS with some remnants of the PI company tried to pick up the pieces.
They have a website, but as your contract is with PI...
maybe if you contact them, they can get involved.
Hoping you the BEST in getting this squared away, for the patient's sake.
once dry, THEY WILL NEVER LOOK BACK, as their self esteem flies.

again..ONE YEAR..you never ever picked up a phone?
sorry...

Review: We began the program to correct bedwetting for our son. We were instructed to fill out tracking cards and mail them in for evaluation and return instruction. I had been able to reach my son's counselor prior. I had also been able to reach DME for replacement and repair of equipment required for the program. It has been greater than 2 months since we have received communication on trackers that were sent in. We are currently out of trackers, have a need for replacement pad, and a box that needs a new battery (that can only be replaced by the DME). I have tried repeatedly to call the office. The only answer is from a voice msg machine that is full. I have been unable to reach DME, as well. The finance company that finances the expense for the program has, also, been unable to reach the company.Desired Settlement: Either continuation of contracted services or refund of program cost.

Review: This company and product did not meet my needs and failed to honor their money-back guarantees. For months this company failed to respond to my phone calls, emails, hand written letters, and requests for assistance and support. The machine broke and it took an unreasonable amount of time to fix it. When another machine finally arrived it was defective and did not work. I could not reach anyone for help and my sons treatment had to be delayed because of this company. I'm demanding my money back like this company promised!Desired Settlement: 2,500$

Review: I have tried to contact Pacific International to discuss progress with the product as well as to get more envelopes with which to return report cards. I have tried for many weeks now and I continue to get a message that says the mailbox is full and cannot accept anymore messages. I have only been able to find one phone number with which to contact the company. Also, we have not received any contact through mail or phone from the company or counselor in several weeks as well.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a phone call or letter or to receive our money back.

My son is in their program and he has had no communication from them since November 2013. I have been sending in his cards every two weeks like I am supposed to but his case worker has stopped communication. I have sent two letters, and called several times but no one answered the phone. I have left three messages too with no one calling me back. My son feels like he has been abandoned.

I inquired information from Pacific International in 2010, a long time ago because my son had a severe bed-wetting issue. After visiting doctors who kept telling us he would grow out of it, I finally set up the initial 3 hour consultation (Nov 2012) because every 2 or 3 months I would get a call from Pacific International saying they were ready when we were. The man who came to our house seemed very knowledgeable and knew our problem well. He said he was 100% sure he could help, just sign here. Based on the presentation, I remember feeling like if we said no to this miracle, we were parents who did not care about our son. I felt like if I DIDN'T sign, I would feel guilt-ridden for many years for being an uncaring, neglectful parent. It was so powerful - that presentation. For the next week we spoke with the gentleman daily. It seemed like it was going to work. The actual process was horrible for us and my son in the beginning. Lots of screaming and tears in the middle of the night. No physical pain, just resistance to completing the mandatory face washing and sheet changing after that buzzer sound that my son did not seem to hear for the longest times. We did it, though, every night for 12 months and eventually he went 30 days and was declared "dry". AMEN! WE MADE IT!
Well, not quite. Since then, the problem has gradually returned. We are now up to about 5 or 6 times a month wetting. (Jan 2015) Pacific International has not responded to mailings or phone calls. (I think I now know why after reading these reviews.) We have about $500 left to pay of the $3000 and feel taken.

I am not generally a "complainer" but this is an expensive program that has not worked for us. Once we began asking for additional assistance, the company stopped writing. Its disturbing to see a situation on the Revdex.com complaints that is almost identical to ours. A promise from the salesman that nearly everyone is dry in a short while... The program is money-back guaranteed... the contract is legalese ... just sign here. NO MENTION THAT IT IS A 4 YEAR PROGRAM TO GET MONEY BACK. Our son would be 15 years old by then anyway! This program is a scam. The bell and alarm system can be bought at Sears for much less and they offer minimal assistance. I'm so angry at myself for getting "taken" by a salesman that appeared sympathetic to our family on this emotional issue! -[redacted]

To whom it may concern. We purchased/rented the system from Pacific International about 15 to 20 years ago for our son. He had issues with bad wetting. About one week after starting the training using the system he wet his last bed. Happily he is full grown now and all that is long since behind him. Yes the system was expensive. But my sons happiness and self confidence have been immeasurably boosted by having the bed wetting issue taken care and out of his life for good. So quit crabbing about the cost and do what is right for child or children! Thankyou.

Review: When we signed up with the company, to assist with our son's enuresis issue, they contractually promised that we would receive feedback every two weeks. It is now mid-January, and we have not heard from our son's case worker since mid-November. The company has always been exceptionally difficult to reach, but now it is impossible. All phone numbers I have found are not being answered and there is a message indicating that the voicemail mail box is full. I have only one email address on file, and the message I sent through email came back as undeliverable. I have sent in our report cards, via "snail-mail", as stipulated in the contract, and we have received no response. I am frustrated, and frankly I am wondering if this company has simply closed up shop without telling any of their on-going clients.Desired Settlement: I would like to hear from them in the near future, and I would like to continue with the program, as it has been working for our son, and we are very encouraged by the positive results. If that is not possible, then I would like a pro-rated refund, for their failure to complete their contractual agreement.

My son has been using the Pacific International program for over a year and a half, and he's still not completely dry. About 2 months ago his case director stopped sending letters on what to do next. We keep sending in the report cards like we're supposed to, and have been doing everything from the last letter his case director has sent, but with no response. I called [redacted], the number for his case director, and it would just ring and ring, then tell me the voicemail was full. I went on the www.stopwetting.com website to look for another number, and called [redacted]. It just rang and rang, and then a recording said I was calling after business hours, even though I wasn't. I tried both numbers at different times for a few days with the same results. I called today, and now both numbers are beeping like they're busy. I looked up the website again, finding the local phone number, [redacted]. This number just beeps like it's busy, too. So I tried to email them. It says on the website to email [redacted] if you have questions or concerns. The email I wrote failed to send to that recipient. I tried again, thinking maybe something screwed up in sending it. Same result. I went back to the website and found a different email. [redacted]. That email failed to send to that recipient. All of a sudden there's absolutely no way to get ahold of anyone from that company, everything isn't working. I searched through Google and Nakoosa local news, and haven't been able to see anything about the business shutting down unexpectedly. I'm starting to think it's a huge scam, and I'm really agrivated. If you're thinking about getting involved with Pacific International, ltd. DON'T! Over $2,000 later and my son still isn't dry, and now the company has dropped off the map. Your best bet is to get an alarm yourself, and just make sure they wake up completely when the change it out.

We became involved with this company a year ago. There seemed to be progress immediately & I had direct contact with our case director. As soon as my account was paid in full, the quit helping or servicing us. In November 2013, we were no longer receiving communication from them despite the fact that I was continuing to submit my report cards every 2 weeks, so I called. I called 3 different numbers & when I would actually get someone, it was an older gentleman who wouldn't help unless I had my case number readily available. After many questions, I found out that our case manager no longer worked there. Our machine broke & no replacement has been sent. I've called numerous times with no answer & no returned phone call. My written communication goes unanswered. I'm left with a devastated daughter who feels abandoned & like a failure... and who is still wetting the bed. Her goal was to be dry by her 12th birthday which is 2 days away. She will not be reaching this goal. It's upsetting because she was really excited & hopeful but in the end, they just took our money & disappeared. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone.

my son started this program 10 years ago when he was 4, he is now 14 and still isn't dry. in nov/13 I stopped receiving cards and after repeated calls in feb/14 I talked to the president who informed me that they are bankrupt and he was the only person left working and that in a few weeks the phones would be cut off. I asked him about my money and he laughed at me and said there is no money. I feel ripped off

AFTER 4 YEARS...you get refund.
WHAT HAPPENED?

Review: I signed a contract with Pacific International on September 28, 2012 for my son's enuresis problem. On that date the owner, [redacted] came to my house and talked to us about their program & left us with a bedwetting alarm which our son is still sleeping on. While on this program we were to fill out report cards including things like what time our son went to bed, what time the alarm went off, if he woke up to the alarm, how big the spot was, etc. and mail them back to the company every 2 weeks and they would send a letter back telling us how to proceed. We paid a large sum of money for this program. The contract states that "In the event Pacific International's educational program is not successful and the Enuretic is not dry within four (4) years, Sell will fully refund the cash sale price. This refund will be made only in the absence of organic defect or disease and provided the Buyer has carried out Buyer's aggreement sin sub-paragrah 8 below." Sub paragarah 8 states "To fully and faithfully follow and comply with all reasonable methods, procedures and instructions of Seller concerning the enuresis problem of above Enuretic, submitted heretofore and hereafter to Buyer by Seller or Seller's Case Direction Center, and cause the Enuretic to do likewise." The last time we received a letter back from Pacific International was October 30,2013. My husband tried several times to call them at the number we were provided on the business card with no luck. I found the another phone number on my contract that I called and [redacted] answered. I talked with him and asked him if his company was still in business. He said they are shut down at this time because they are out of money. I asked if he ever thought of calling his clients to let them know. He stated he called some of them. I stated that I signed a contract with him and paid him a large amount of money and that I would like my money back as my son's problem is not fixed and he has failed his part of the contract that we both signed. He stated that he doesn't know how he can do that when there is no money. He also went on to state that he is paralyzed and still plans to help these children with their problems when funds are available. He did not tell me how he became paralayzed since he was at my house in September of 2012. I feel this program was a huge waste of my money and feel like we have been robbed. I have learned a very expensive lesson.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of what I paid as the company did not honor the agreement that was made.

Review: We signed a contract with Pacific International on Sept 18, 2010 to assist in resolving our son's bedwetting. We had problems within the first year. The instructions and letters were the same over and over and we were not seeing any results. We wrote a complaint letter around Oct 3, 2011 but was denied a refund based on the contract guidelines. We continued the program as outlined but with no resolution of our son's bedwetting. We have had 3 different case workers since Sept 2010. We have not heard from our newest case worker since Nov 15, 2013. We have made phone calls and submitted notes with our report cards but have not received any return correspondence. I even talked to the President, [redacted] on approx. Jan 10, 2014 and he promised to look into our case and return my call, which he never did.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund of our purchase price as outlined per the contract guidelines (Pacific International has failed to uphold their part of the contact).

This place is a scam. We paid thousands and my wife spent countless hours over 4 years documenting every aspects of our son's sleep history. She submitted everything timely we have all the letter back from them acknowledging hundreds of weekly report cards. No one ever came out to our house after the first sales call. At the end, we asked for the refund as the contract stated, since our son was still wetting. We even have evidence of going to regular MDs late in the process since this was not working.

They refused to process our refund and we never received any money after repeated requests.

Review: We have a contract and they have not responded to us since October 2013. We have continued to file the proper report cards and no response. I have tried calling the number listed on their correspondence and an automated voice says the voice mailbox is full. I was able to find another phone number on their website and was able to leave a message with no return call. I also emailed the email listed on the website for Concerns and it was returned stating - no such user and the email was rejected. So, in essence I have no way of contacting them to discuss the fact that they are not honouring their side of the contract.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the fees we paid when we enrolled as they have not fulfilled their contract obligations.

Review: We tried this company for our daughters bed wetting issue. Contract stated that if it came down to a medical issue that was the cause we would be re-embursed n not responsible for further finance payments. We discovered that she has a kidney disease, and have tried reaching Pacific International Ltd, but non of their phone numbers work any longer ([redacted] or the 715#). We continue to get charged monthly payments, but this company seems to no longer exist. I have reached out thru the company that reportedly invested the money for the program, Time Investment Company [redacted] but all they could do was say they would try reaching Pacific International to resolve our issues and update us on that companies contact information. This program costs well over $2500 and we find it completely unprofessional and unexcusable that their contact info no longer exists.Desired Settlement: We would like all payments re-embursed and this company to be held responsible and fined for fraudulant claims.

Review: We bagan our son's enuresis correction last Feb (2013). Things were going very well, but we have not heard from the case manager since November. I have sent 2 letters and have made numerous attempts to call the company with no response. My son is not finished with the program. I feel we were making progress, but I fear that the company has closed their doors. We agreed to pay the company's $3500 fee but that came with the promise and written guaranty that my son would be cured and we would get help if he relapsed. We are now left continuing to make payments to the bank that does their financing and are not receiving any service/help/etc.

I have also made several calls to the lending provider to see if they have had any contact with Pacific International and I am under the understanding that they are also trying to track down someone at this company.Desired Settlement: I would like some (approx 50% is what we still owe), if not all, of the funds that were paid to this company back. We are still paying the bank for the financed bill. They received all their funds. We did NOT receive all our promised services.

Review: We enrolled our son in their program for enuresis. They were suppose to provide support, and direction bi-monthly. I have tried everything I can think of to contact this company. Every phone number is either not answered, or the mail box is full. If there is a time that a message is to be left, no one returns calls. Emails return as unable to deliver. Have not heard anything back from Pacific for 3 months. I have tried off and on since November to contact them. I even called the finance company (Time Investment) to get their contact. That contact was [redacted] (president of Pacific), no answer, voicemail full.Desired Settlement: I would like my money returned. They have failed in their part of the agreement. Support is not given. They are unavailable to contact by phone, or email.
