I got a sleeping machine from them and I still have it under warranty they don't want to come to my house to check it out they came before now they want me to go to them because this would be my second machine and they know I am handicap and there is no way I can go there and my warranty ends on May I live in Ewa Beach I think they just don't want to give me another machine

American Electric Company (Sun Run) installed solar panels on my room in mid-April and the permit processing with the City and HECO dragged on and on, and I kept badgering the American Electric (AE) sales consultant about the delayOn July 23, out of the blue, the AE general manager emailed me, stating, in part,"...we submitted to HECO for permission to operate on July 1st (but) our submission of documents was incomplete and rejected by HECO The 3-week delay was our fault I would like to offer to pay your next monthly HECO bill ..."
With a tongue in cheek, I sent him our July HECO bill, and completely forgot about itYesterday (Aug27) my wife and I were stunned and became utterly speechless, when we received a check for $from American ElectricMore than the refund check, we were impressed by the company's honesty and owning up to it Such an act is unheard of in this dog-eat-dog business atmosphere of todayWe truly wish there were more businesses like American Electric Their employees are honest and trustworthy
