inconvenience this problem has caused youAfter carefully viewing your account and documentation I found the following*** *** leased from Northland Candlewood from 04/01/to 02/28/A day notice was require to vacate unit As you can see no rent was paid for the month of February A Notice to vacate for non payment of rent was sent out on At that time Ms*** mother was occupying the unitAn advance notice of intent to exercise lockout rights was given on On 03/11/is when we went in to the unit and saw that only a few things were taken out of the unit and the power was disconnected leaving us to believe that unit was vacantMs*** was charge a lease break fee $815.00, and March MTM rate at $prorated for days She was also charged for furniture that was left behind, a large trash out, (Bulk Items) broken blinds, large trash bags, housekeeping, vertical blinds broken, locks changed, No rent for February $Ms*** was aware of the fees that were going to be charge to her, because I spoke to Ms*** personally to discussAt that time, she was very difficult to explain and did not want to hear what I needed to explain to herShe was charge correctly and was given the opportunity to settle with collections, or make payment arraignmentWe consistently tried by, emailing and send out notices to let Ms*** know her lease was expiring, She now owes the property $3,202.18 Ms*** I would be more than happy to provide you with our Collection Specialist to help you resolve this matter***

There is a balance of $ 2238.07 that was sent to collections. I was able to view the ledger and see that a payment was made in the amount of $ 97.00 on 02/10/2009. I do not have any staff here available to remember  your account, for when you lived on property. I'm not sure if you or the other occupant made payment arraignments and fail to pay as schedule.
