I was impressed with the designer, Pricilla (and will continue to work with her, only) so I decided to go with this company. The cabinets were ordered, payments made and when the scheduled work start date was here I had my part (demo and rouse re-pipe) was done. They started the prep work and partially completed the kitchen. Well it's been 3 MONTHS and I still do not have all the cabinets in, no counter top, walls not properly patched. There were periods of weeks where NOTHING got done, no phone follow-up or contact with the project manager, Ed. When I finally asked what was happening I got a song and dance. There were two panels that they had trouble getting delivered. I was given 4 dates over the course of a month that the delivery was not made. Currently they are sitting in boxes in the garage, they are waiting on the cabinet guy to get back from Mexico maybe on the 10th! All aspects of this project have been a disaster. People falling off ladders, steeling beer from my fridge, poor workmanship, lies just to name a few. My bathroom that was also being done is finally finished after 3 months. lots of errors here as well. I got the owner, Ron, involved on two separate occasions due to the delays and when I was at the end of my rope. I was told he would be here regularly, never to be seen again. He told me that he would personally see this thru, the was 10 days ago and nothing but a faucet and two wall plates has been done. I have regularly heard from the subs that payment is an issue. I have another bathroom, hall cabinet and carpet in the rest of the house. I HIGHLY doubt that they will be the ones completing it. Time to cut my losses. Update: Gave them a C&D order this morning, they have not responded in any way except for some unknown person emailing me saying I am in breach of contract! What stones.
We totally remodeled our kitchen and used Pacific Kitchen Bath and Flooring and which included quartz counter tops, at great expense. With a year, the quartz cracked and which was not due to any heat related issue. They refused to do anything about it and the only person who would ever return a call was Customer Service despite many calls requesting to speak to the owner. I would not recommend this company to anyone as they have no integrity or ability to stand by their products or workmanship

Pacific Kitchen Bath & Flooring, Inc. completed 100% your labor contract with providing you with the Silestone by Cosentino high quality materials ordered for your project from April 2018 as you requested. Pacific Kitchen Bath & Flooring provides a 1 year labor warranty against area we fabricated on your contract for the labor we have provided not for materials installed from manufacturer Quartz/Slabs by Cosentino made in Spain.
Please note, we are a labor company not the manufacturer for the material purchased for your project. We however, have been as you mentioned on your review below helpful to provide you with the manufacturer information and warranty detailed of the material purchased, along with Supervisor's direct contact number on emailed sent to you on 02/27/20. After we reached to the manufacturer, they send an inspector specialist to do a heat test to make sure it was not a material defect. Silestone by Cosentino after taking pictures and testing the material they came with the conclusion that the crack was not a material defect.
We are aware you have reached to the manufacturer vendor Silestone by Cosentino and they were offering you a 20% off material costs to replace your damaged countertop Quartz/Slab. Feel free to contact them directly with any further questions you might have against the material warranty.

The lack of integrity with respect to both Pacific and their quartz manufacturer cannot be understated. I was present when they came out to test the quartz and was assured by the manufacturer it was a material defect and not heat related and that the issue would be taken care of. It was not and never has been. We were never able to get Pacific's Owner / Manager on the phone and in the end both parties reinvented history to suit their purposes.
I would never recommend either company to any party and hope that individuals considering using them or their products seriously consider alternative Vendors.
