Pacific Life Insurance Company Reviews (4)

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The reason I am not happy with this response is that there was nothing told to me that there was a 5% fee to get in I told him that it was only going to be there for a few months Time and time again I told him about options express and he seemed to not want to bother with it I don't know what I am to do in this type of situation So, I trusted them because they are the advisers, but did not say there is a 5% fee 5% fee is way too much for this I can make a purchase of basically no fee with a higher return I call this ridiculous I have spoken with him directly twice and his co-worker, now with His manager She said you can't believe what he said You have to read So then why do I need them? I go there for advise not reading for them? So I pay 5%, read for them and then get a lower return This is to much work, plus lose money I can do this myself with actually paying myself for free and not 5% Trust no one I usually am trusting of people but this has topped it I think I'm in a fund that has a 15% return conservatively from the beginning of the year I guess he tries to massage to data and pick out only what he wants to hear because it benefits him, not his customers If there was a 5% fee I would have to think about it I would at least be reasonable about the situation He's always says that I’m here for you anytime Not for 5% At least say the fees I've wasted the time and now there is more time be wasted because of people not obey the common decency of people Telling them what it cost I don't go and buy a car not knowing what the price is When at the dealership they don't go and say here drive the car will give you the price after you drive home No, they go through the price to make sure you know what its going to cost This to me is a bigger investment because this is retirement Not driving to get places I need a retirement I can live without a car Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed
the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted],
and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my
complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear
below.
The reason I am not happy with this response is that there was nothing told to
me that there was a 5% fee to get in.  I told him that it was only going
to be there for a few months.  Time and time again I told him about
options express and he seemed to not want to bother with it.  I don't know
what I am to do in this type of situation.

So, I trusted them
because they are the advisers, but did not say there is a 5% fee.  5% fee
is way too much for this.  I can make a purchase of basically no fee with
a higher return.   I call this ridiculous.  I have spoken with him
directly twice and his co-worker,  now with His manager.  She said
you can't believe what he said.  You have to read.  So then why do I
need them? I go there for advise not reading for them?  So I pay 5%, read
for them and then get a lower return.  This is to much work, plus lose
money.

I can do this myself
with actually paying myself for free and not 5%.   Trust no one.  I
usually am trusting of people but this has topped it I think.  I'm in a
fund that has a 15% return conservatively from the beginning of the year.  I
guess he tries to massage to data and pick out only what he wants to hear because
it benefits him, not his customers.  If there was a 5% fee I would have to
think about it.  I would at least be reasonable about the situation.
He's always says that I’m here for you anytime.  Not for 5%.

At least say the fees.  I've wasted the time and now there is more time be wasted because of
people not obey the common decency of people.  Telling them what it cost.
I don't go and buy a car not knowing what the price is.  When at the
dealership they don't go and say here drive the car will give you the price
after you drive home.  No, they go through the price to make sure you know
what its going to cost.  This to me is a bigger investment because this is
retirement.  Not driving to get places.  I need a retirement.  I
can live without a car.
Regards,
