I am rejecting this response because:In regards to our claim against Pacific Lifestyle Homes here is an update They still have not completed the following items: The French drains in the yard A new front door bathroom fans blow air down instead of in taking air Caulking inside (scheduled for next week) They have been in contact with us but we are skeptical they will complete it. In defense of Pacific Lifestyle, we are on vacation so it slowed down the progress of the resolutionWe will be arriving home the evening of May They have fixed the faucet, electrical breaker, and gutter

Our full intention is to resolve all legitimate issues. The customer has been out of town so the work could not be completed. All of the work, except the front yard landscaping, has been scheduled and awaiting their return. As discussed in detail during our onsite meeting, the focus was to finish the items inside, while the owner consulted with his own resources on the landscape. We are fully ready to discuss solutions with the customer and will be reaching out to them again to discuss resolution to this complaint

After finding out that this customer was upset, I made contact and met the customer in person a few days later.  We discussed the issues and came to an agreement on the items they were requesting to get resolved.  We have scheduled all of the agreed upon repairs and should have them...

resolved shortly.  Unfortunately, our communication with this customer was not up to par and we have increased staffing levels in our company to avoid this in the future.  Customer satisfaction is very important to us and its disappointing that we were not aware that a complaint was going to be filed until it was already done.  Our customer seems to be satisfied with the response and verbally agreed to take down the complaint.
