I received a call from someone named Michelle S [redacted] from this collection Agency Oh my gosh She demanded me to pay or go to the office to settle my bill I asked her if she can mail me the statement and she said "NO" the company exhausted all its effort reaching out to me I tried to explain that I moved to different places and she kept on saying that they did not receive a return mail so I must have received the mail but never response I told her if you don't send me the statement that's fine but I am not going to pay you without seeing the statement I believe this person desperately need money I hope you get from other people not me I will pay you if you mail me the statement Thanks!
