Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I believe I overpaid and did not get the service I signed up for. There are discrepancies in his response. a) was a $job with both trees. And then I had to pay his contractors hundreds more for the extra clean up
b)There was no way I expected the wood to remain on the ground and all over my property. NW arborists were hired to get the trees down and out. I know this because I had another contractor coming in the next day to put up a fence where the trees had been. NW Aborists knew it too When fence contractors arrived as scheduled the next day I had to send them home, as they could not work. Instead, to get it cleaned up I hired NW Aborists contractor to clean up the wood at a rate of $per hour and the equipment he needed to rent to get job done.
c) I have no on-site manager. It was a tenant who asked them to leave. They could have called me to straighten that out
d)They took months, and many many calls and emails to get all wood out of there .
e) What they did was give out my address for wood people to come and get the "free wood". Whoever they gave our address to did indeed come and stole the cords I had paid to have cut up! (another loss I had to suck up). Those thieves left the other wood on the groundWhere it stayed for weeks more
So no, I do not consider this a successful resolution. it is all water under the bridge now.
At the end it was me rolling some of the last rounds of wood off my property and onto a pile with a free signthat is not a successful conclusion to this story
I will add that there did seem to be some unclear expectations through this; and poor communications. NW Arborists used a contractor for this job. That put one more person in the middle. It is the first time I have had a tree removed. Sincerely,*** ***

The client had told us that cutting the wood and leaving onsite would be ok as someone was going to use it.  manager on-site told them to get off the property.  This made it difficult as we had to try to find another wood service willing to remove the wood but after time and effort on our part, the. wood has since been removed.  We were hired for removing the hazardous tree not to remove the wood.  We are not a firewood service.  We are an arborist company that was hired to remove a hazardous tree which we took care of.  The purchase price of the job in the complaint of $12000 is not correct.
