not able to locate your items in our system by your name or
address. Would you happen to have a copy of one of the
transactions that hit your bank account or if you could provide the last
digits of your account number that would be very beneficial and help us to get this
resolved as quickly as possible for you.
If you prefer you may call our number ###-###-#### during our business hours from 9am to 3pm cst. We did search our inbound call logs and did
not locate any calls from your number.
If you could also provide the number you have called numerous times that
would be helpful for us to improve service levels going forward. If you have been attempting to contact our
merchant we can and will address that situation as well
A refund was processed on 3/29/2016 for this transaction. This was for a free trial offer that came to an end. In addition to the penny credit an email was also sent to you that contained cancellation limks. If our intent was to "scam" we certainly would not send any advance emails...
or transactionsOnce your item was refunded your account with our customer was closed. You should not see any additional transactions from them. Thank you.
