***DOCUMENT ATTACHED***To the American public:BUYER BEWARE! AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST!!!It has taken me nearly week to get around to responding to the continued lies of this two-bit thieving swindler, partly because I am busy and have better things to do and partly because it is difficult to write a rebuttal to an endless string of lies told to cover up lies that protect his liesI find it difficult to even know where to beginNo doubt, if the Revdex.com will add this letter to the file, there will shortly come another string of lies as a counterFor this reason, I will not waste my time on future rebuttals and will attempt to get it all out here: Now, where to begin...In reviewing Alan's page of lies I see that he at least waited for his 4th sentence before his forked tongue began fabricating an imagined realityLet's take a look:“There was a ramp in front of the shed that we agreed to sell to him for a discounted amount of$if he purchased it that day“There was actually a ramp in front of the shed I purchased but I did NOT accept that rampI said that I did need a ramp but I made it clear, in no uncertain terms, that I didn't want that rotten ramp and pointed out the way it sagged when I stepped on itAlan offered to sell me a ramp for $and assured me that I would have a ramp made from new woodAlan offered to take me out back and show me a supply of new wood as if that would provide some sort of proof that I would get a new rampWith less than $on the line, I excepted his promise of a new ramp and wasn't deceived by the idea of there being any proof in looking at a pile of lumberWhen I commented on the $price tag, and suggested that it was excessive, Alan grumbled about the price of lumber then lowered his price to $Alan promised the ramp delivered with the shed and I excepted his $offer for a new rampAs I mentioned earlier, a new ramp was NOT what was delivered.I guess I already covered part of this next bit but let's take a look anyway:“He clearly saw the rampIt was a new ramp that had been on my lot for about two months.”Well, I did clearly see the ramp, that's why I specifically rejected that rotten garbageThe statement here about the ramp being new is a strait up pile of horse puckyIf we do give this swindler the benefit of the doubt about how long it was on his lot, my question would be who did he confiscate it from and how long did they have it between it being new and then sitting on his lot for two monthsNo doubt there will be some pile of lies told about this one so brace yourselves and get that grain of salt ready. The more I think about it the more it seams logical that the ramp was a repoAlan did brag extensively about repossessing sheds from those who didn't pay on timeIn fact, Alan leaned back in his chair with a big grin as he described repossessing sheds where people sank their limited life savings into it to make it a livable home and he took pride in legally being able to take there home with everything attached to itAlan didn't appear as a concerned man warning me about repercussions, he had what looked to be a very pleased and self-satisfied grin on his face like the cat that ate the canaryIn hind sight, that should have been my first warning but I was blinded by the idea of finally having a place to bring my motorcycle home. Let's keep going:“These ramps are made out of marine grade treated plywood purchased from Home Depot.”I actually agree with some of the first statement and don't doubt the second part eitherThe support frame was made from pressure treated lumber, although it wasn't marine gradeThe plywood was actually marine gradeWell, old half-rotten marine grade plywood that is.This next line is just a cheap shot:“Mr*** does not understand what this wood looks like when new.“What easier lie than to simply point to the upset customer and say they don't know what they are talking aboutShould I retort with an equal cheap shot about him trill wearing diapers when I was building things with lumber? Naw, I think I'll just ignore the ignorance for what it is.“It comes out looking green.”Well of course it is green, that is part of the process of marine grade treatmentAny nitwit that knows lumber can tell you thatThis does beg the question, if he knows that marine grade treatment is green, how can he pretend that the framing is also marine grade? I guess he caught himself in yet another of his liesIf I paint a piece of wood green, who would assume it was rotten? There is a difference between green and rottenI'm ok with green treated wood, I am NOT ok with rotten wood. This is getting ridiculous, We haven't even made it through the first paragraph of lies yetWell, pressing on:“He clearly saw the ramp he was getting for the agreed price.”I may have seen the ramp I actually got but that would be the problemI didn't agree to buy the ramp I saw and was specifically told I would get a new oneWhat I saw was a rotten ramp and I said soHe didn't argue about it then but now that I am making a case of it, it suddenly wasn't rotten even though he saw the need then to assure me that I would get a new ramp? Too many lies to keep strait I guessWhich one do you want to tell? I got a new ramp, I got the rotten ramp that I rejected, or the rotten ramp I rejected was actually new? All I can say here is good grief, at least coordinate your lies to match the story.“I actually told him I would put it inside the shed so the driver would bring it out with him when delivering the shed.”Well that's another load of dung but I don't see the pointWhat Alan actually said is that he would have the ramp delivered with the shedThe rest is just filler for his story I guessNot sure the point in this lie.“We do not install ramps.”They don't actually deliver sheds either, they sub that outYou are responsible for any subcontracted workSomehow he owns a business and doesn't even know what he is responsible for. “He wanted the shed and ramp immediately and so we agreed to sell him shed on the lot...” True, I was in a bit of a hurry, no exception taken here.“...and the ramp that was in front of the shed.” That's a flat-out, in-your-face, Pinocchio-grade lie.“Again he clearly saw the ramp before it came out to him.”Again, this would seam to be true and is likely the actual root of the problem since I rejected that rotten garbage.“We went clearly over the line in helping Mr*** with this purchase.”New that Alan is suddenly a “we” here, they did nothing special for meHe dropped a few bucks off the cost of the ramp and I would gladly go back and pay the extra $to not listen to him gripe about the price of lumberIf that is “special” service, I would sure hate to see what constitutes regular service.“I talked to the driver and got him to agree to move another shed for Mr*** so this new shed would fit where he wanted it.”Well, here we have another load of bularkyAlan made it clear that they drivers don't work for them and I would have to make my own arrangements directly with the driver, and I didThe driver arrived knowing only that I might have another shed for him to move.“This is not normally what we doWe typically only move our own sheds.”Once again Alan hangs himself with his own liesHe made a big deal about how they don't move sheds and it is all done through a third partyNot what you do? Duh, you don't move sheds at allYou move your own sheds? What happened here with the big speech about not being a shed mover? Again, if you are going to lie through your teeth, at least keep your lies organized.“It was a different brand shed.”Since Alan isn't a shed mover, and the shed mover's aren't his people, I can't see what difference that could possible make unless he is telling still more lies about this business relationship.“The driver clearly did not charge what he should have.”Clearly Alan is full of baloney hereIf the shed movers don't work for him, and he didn't make the arrangements, what would he know about any deal made? I asked the driver to quote a price and he gave me his hourly rateThe driver was an excellent worker and worth every pennySome might have thought the price high but he did have expensive equipment to use so I made no attempt at haggling with the driver paid him cash at his requested rateI even assisted where I was ableI have nothing but good things to say about the driverHe was a fine hard-working fella and did an outstanding jobI had no qualms about paying his requested rateI'm not sure where Alan gets off here presuming to know what was paid or what should have been paidJust another liar's grab at thin air. “It was a service the driver provided and was paid for by Mr***The driver went out of his way to make him happy with the move even though it was a very difficult move of his old shed.”You will get no argument out of me hereThe driver was a fine man to whom I paid a fair wage for a difficult job that he did quite well.“I have receipts showing where the wood was purchased from Home Depot and it was new lumber.”Now here is where Allen really takes it too farAlan has the nerve to play the American people for a bunch of foolsI am deeply offendedI choose not to believe that the general public would accept a receipt for lumber as proof that he gave a specific customer something made with the lumber on that receipt when he had rotten wood he thought he could pass off as new and ample other uses for the same lumber on the receiptWe The People are not that dumb! Save your smoke screens for a child's party or something!“I told him if he wanted to bring the ramp down to the lot I would take a look at it.”Alan also said I could leave it and “You may or may not get a refund”I wasn't about to do thatBesides, rotten or not, I need it to get my motorcycle in and out of the shed.“He refused to leave the ramp for me to take a look at when I would be in.” Why on earth would I do that?Quinn is supposed to be a partner, surely he could have handled the matter just as wellIs Quinn too dumb to tell rotten wood from new wood? Why would it matter which partner looked at it? Is there something about Quinn that Alan isn't telling us?I needed the ramp at home, It shouldn't matter which “partner” saw the rotten ramp, any fool could see it was rottenQuinn already looked me strait in the eye and lied to cover for Alan, I know nothing good was going to come of leaving it behind, that would have been a fool's mistake.“Quinn told him we would replace it for him...”This is just another bold-faced lieQuinn said no such thingHad Quinn made that offer, we would have had ground to work fromI could have easily countered by asking them to build the replacement and I would bring the rotten one back again for a swapNo, that never happenedThe only thing Quinn offered was to keep it for Alan to look at and his own lies to cover for his “partner”.“...got irate and would not have a civil conversation and stormed off.”Darn right I got irate! How can a man be civil when dealing with liars and thieves? Stomped off? Didn't Alan already tell us he wasn't there? This is a theatrical lieI was already standing at my pickup as Quinn lied to my face, there was nowhere to stomp too even if I wanted to behave in that manner. Here Alan just uses more lies, for theatrics this time, to try to make a point that doesn't even exist. I do not take kindly being called a liar and con man. This is actually a funny statementI'm sure murderers don't like being called murderers eitherHave you heard the phrase “Don't do the crime if you can't do the time”? If you don't like being called a liar, cheat, con man or flim-flam then grow up and conduct a respectable business.“...if he wants to bring me the ramp to my store I will take a look at it”I already took it to his store and got lies to my face, Is Quinn not a “partner” as they told me? Why would I bother taking it back yet again? That sounds like a waste of gas to meI don\'t have time for his lies and games.“...and build him another one out of the same marine grade plywood from Home Depot as the first one with pressure treated supports”That's mostly what I asked for to begin with, build me a new one, without all the smart-*** comments comparing it to the rotten one.“...he can come pick it up when it is built.”I would agree to pick up a new ramp if they would build me one.Mr*** must call first and set time I personally will be at store. What is with these on-going implications that his “partner” Quinn is too stupid to tell if wood is new or rotten? He saw it, ask him what he sawIf he really doesn't know what rotten wood looks like, why do you have him as a partner selling wooden sheds? If he isn't really your partner, why do you tell that lie? None of this adds upI have to call BS on the whole thing.“We do not and have never installed ramps.”I did agree above to come and pick it up but I don't feel I should have toI paid for “a shed with ramp, delivered”“Installation” is simply putting the ramp in front of the door and ensuring that the height is correct and the door can closeNo tools required if it is built to the exact same specI don't think it too much to ask, in this case, that they drop it by and ensure it fitsThat would be the least they could do after selling me a rotten ramp. Summary:Even if I were wrong, what kind of customer service are you getting from an outfit that would rather go to these lengths than replace a $ramp when they are selling $2,sheds? I have worked with customers all my life in one way or another and I have never in all my life seen such a horrific display of arrogance, from any business ownerIf they do this all the time, how hard would it have been to simply drop by with another identical ramp and either point out my error or replace the problem? That would have been good customer service. At this point, I really don't care about the $rampI can easily re-build the ramp better, stronger and cheaperThe rotten ramp will get me by until I get around to rebuilding it as long as I am carefulThis is intended as a public service message I implore anyone reading this, PLEASE do not give your hard-earned money to these peopleIt is my opinion that these are liars, thieves and con men, especially AlanIt is also my opinion that Quinn is on the road to destruction if he follows AlanIf he gets out now, there may be hope for himI saw how nervous and figity Quinn got when he lied to my face, it is a good sign that he isn't a skilled liar yet.BUYER BEWARE! AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST!!!At this time, I have no intent of rebutting further lies from these shystersThe American public is warned

In response to letter dated May 20, 2016 from Revdex.com
ID [redacted]

Dear [redacted],

Yes we sold Mr. [redacted] a shed on March 31, 2016.  I was the salesman when he came in to the store.  He reviewed the shed we had on the lot and decided it would...

work for him.  There was a ramp in front of the shed that we agreed to sell to him for a discounted amount of $50 if he purchased it that day.  He clearly saw the ramp.  It was a new ramp that had been on my lot for about two months.  These ramps are made out of marine grade treated plywood purchased from Home Depot.  Mr. [redacted] does not understand what this wood looks like when new.  It comes out looking green.  We used pressure treated supports under the ramp 16” on center.  The ramp is designed to be in the weather and last as long as the shed.  He clearly saw the ramp he was getting for the agreed price.  I actually told him I would put it inside the shed so the driver would bring it out with him when delivering the shed.  We do not install ramps.  He wanted the shed and ramp immediately and so we agreed to sell him shed on the lot and the ramp that was in front of the shed.  Again he clearly saw the ramp before it came out to him.

We went clearly over the line in helping Mr. [redacted] with this purchase.  I talked to the driver and got him to agree to move another shed for Mr. [redacted] so this new shed would fit where he wanted it.  This is not normally what we do.  We typically only move our own sheds.  It was a different brand shed.  The driver clearly did not charge what he should have.  It was a service the driver provided and was paid for by Mr. [redacted].  The driver went out of his way to make him happy with the move even though it was a very difficult move of his old shed.

Now 2 months later Mr. [redacted] calls me 5/18/2016 and tells me the ramp is falling apart and was made out of used lumber.  I have receipts showing where the wood was purchased from Home Depot and it was new lumber.    He told me I was not telling the truth.  I told him if he wanted to bring the ramp down to the lot I would take a look at it.  He did come down to the lot and Quinn was at the store.  He refused to leave the ramp for me to take a look at when I would be in.  Quinn told him we would replace it for him but again he refused to leave the ramp, got irate and would not have a civil conversation and stormed off.  I do not take kindly being called a liar and con man.  I have sold many of these ramps over the last 16 months and no one have come back and no one has complained about them.  I clearly state again if he wants to bring me the ramp to my store I will take a look at it and build him another one out of the same marine grade plywood from Home Depot as the first one with pressure treated supports and he can come pick it up when it is built.  Mr. [redacted] must call first and set time I personally will be at store.  We do not and have never installed ramps.
