Zilges is a Wolf authorized appliance service contractor in our areaBut they do not follow Wolf's contract to service their appliances unless it is purchased from themWell, they didn't sell or have the contract to become a Wolf authorized dealer, so we had to go elsewhereWolf recommended to contact them for serviceI contacted Wolf and they are searching for another authorized service department for meZilges company statement doesn't say that appliance service is only on appliances sold by them
