Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I had disputed this with Discover originally which is what I paid with They put it back on because they said pay pal probably had the funds when I told them that Pacific Pillows aka Hotel Pillows told me that pay pal had the funds However, when contacting pay pal they said they did not have it and couldn't find anythingSo I am not satisfied with this response at this time I did not have a pay pal account when this all took place so there was no way for pay pal to refund it to me So either pay pal has it or gave it back to Pacific Pillows Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Hello ***, I would like to apologize for how much time it's taken to work this outI totally understand the frustration you are feeling and I hope that this will be resolved soon. I've spoken to our accounting department, and unfortunately, since the chargeback was resolved in your
favor, we cannot refund youThe funds were already withdrawn from our account, and on our end, you transaction is completely closed and refundedOnce the chargeback was filed, we lost the ability to refund you directly, as our credit card processor put an immediate hold on the transaction until it is resolvedThe chargeback was resolved in your favor on 2/24, at which point, the credit card processor refunded the transaction and your credit card issuer should have transferred the funds to youYou need to contact your credit card issuer with the details and ask about the resolution on their end, since on our end, it is entirely resolved and there is nothing further we can do.It sounds like you have all the information you need (transaction ID, etc) to reach out to your credit card issuer, but please let me know if you need anything else from us. I am rejecting this response because: I need the copy of the chargeback and to restate that I received an email from [redacted] at pillows.com He sent me a copy of letter from pay pal from [redacted] of pillows.com with following info:  Buyer's name: [redacted]> Buyer's transaction ID: [redacted]> Your transaction ID: [redacted]> Transaction date: November 24, 2015> Transaction amount: $214.99 USD> Disputed amount: $214.99 USDI have never received these funds back  from Pay Pal and they have not been credited to Discover.  I talked to Discover and they want to see a copy of the chargeback. So I will reject this at this time until I receive the information of the chargeback confirmation to Discover and know that it is accurate.
