Review: I had an appointment set for 02/19/2014 and I could not make it in due to work. I called to reschedule but due to them being busy the receptionist told me she would give me a call back. She took my name, number, and date of birth. I waited a whole week for a return phone call today 02/25/2014 at 10:45am I called to let them know I never received a call back and I needed to reschedule. She took my information and told me that the earliest appointment was 03/18/2014. I told the receptionist that my dentist told me to have my appointment booked before March 9th. When I told the receptionist she said that I was not their only patient and that I was rude. I continued to tell her that I needed to be seen on an emergency appointment because my mouth has been swollen. She repeated to belittle me and tell me that it was my fault and that I should have remembered my appointment. At this point she began to repeatedly say March 18th yes or no. I asked of she can just look at my notes that my dentist wrote in my chart and she kept saying no. I asked to speak to the dentist so she can clarify that she wanted me seen before 03/09/14 and the receptiomnist said she's doing more important stuff than this. I told her that she didnt need to speak to me like that and asked if I could talk to someone else. She told me I can call my insurance and change my dentist if I didnt like how she spoke to me. She then started speaking about me in a different language and hung upon me. I feel strongly disrespected and this is not the first time. These people are always rude at the front desk. I have heard from their employees that they schedule after your 21st birthday if your medical is running out just to make the money. That is why my dentist told me to schedule before the 9th.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to see me as soon as possible. They are my assigned dentist and due to my insurance ending 03/09/2014 I cant switch. I want there to be some better customer service in th efront desk.

Based on our record, Juana Ramirez has missed several appointments in the past.

On 2/19/2014, our office has reserved 1 1/2 hour appointment block for her. But again, she did not show up. Later she called and wanted another appointment. She requested that it be before her 21st birth date which is on 3/9/2014. Unfortunately, there is no available appointment before that day. Juana was given an appointment for 3/18/14. Juana did not have infection or pain when she called for appointment. Other wise we will try to do everything possible to fit her in our schedule. But another patient will have to wait for her scheduled appointment.

I would also like to request another appointment to see if I can get my tooth problem fixed.

Review: The manager - [redacted] - asian female - was arguing with me about on the phone last month about seeing a dentist . She wants a x-ray from the previous dentist and I did provided a digital copy of the x-ray. On the appointment day- 1 month later- I went up the dentist office and I was asked for informations from the previous dentist - I told the receptionist I do not have it. They can call [redacted] and google the phone # . The 2 receptionist were rude and not friendly. They do not have name tag - only technician uniforms. I do not know who they are.
