I was given your information by your colleague *** and told that I could send you a response to the customer so that you could forward it to them since I had been unable to reach them by phone or email to attempt to resolve the complaintAs I was typing this email I received a
call from the customer and I believe we will be able to come to an equitable solution for all partiesWe are scheduled to speak again tomorrow with the hope of wrapping this up entirely
We take all customer concerns very seriously and apologize that the first few attempts to notify us of the complaint were not received, I was notified on 2/and began my investigationOn 2/I reached out to the customer via phone and email but never heard back, today just before calling your office for guidance I tried reaching the customer by phone and left messages again- then I tried to log into the complaint thinking today was the last day for us to make a response online (letter I got was dated 2/and said I had 7 calendar days to respond)That was when I saw that the complaint had been closed on 2/and called *** for guidanceMy main goal in writing to you today is to make sure out Revdex.com rating doesn’t reflect a non-response, that was never our intention

We are sorry that the customer has had problems with the truck he purchased from our Pacific Truck Centers division (which we have since sold to Valley Freightliner Inc in Sept of 2015)At the time of the sale the truck and engine had warranty coverage from the respective manufacturers and in
reviewing th*** manufacturers warranty systems it is evident that the customer has had warranty repairs performed at various Freightliner dealerships for various problemsWe have no knowledge of the customer having any denial of warranty or failure of the truck or engine manufacturer's to honor their product warrantyAny manufactured product can potentially have problems once it is put into service, to the extent that we can tell the warrantable problems Mr*** has had with the truck have been taken care of by the manufacturer and that is what any customer should expect
Pacific Power Group LLC is unable to provide the settlement requested

My senior warranty administrator will contact you directly today in order to gather the full details of the problems you have experienced with this vehicle. Our visibility is limited to what we can see from the factory systems and our own records so repairs that you paid for at other dealerships, like the one you have now provided, aren't readily available to us so we will need your help in completing the picture. Once we have a full understanding and record on your truck we will bring the DTNA (Daimler Trucks North America- the manufacturer of the vehicle) representatives into the dialog because it seems that your issue is with the product, not with anything we did as the selling dealer.
