I was a customer of Pacific Screening. The company has had problems with their billing for many years which I could not get sorted out. My account was "past due" because their system kept bouncing back the email bill to their company even though it was a correct email address. I never received the bill. I asked them to send me the bill via the mail. I was told it was not an option. I was not able to access my account so I was not able to conduct business. When I complained their solution was to close my account after I paid the bill in full. This is just one of many problems I have had. Do yourself a favor and find another screening company.
