TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: THIS COMPLAINT HAS COME AS A HUGE SURPRISETHE CUSTOMERS COMPLAINT TO OUR MANAGERS ON SITE THAT DAY WAS TAKE EXTREMELY SERIOUSALL MANAGERS INCLUDING THE OWNER WERE ALL CALLED INTO A MEETING WITH THE INSTRUCTOR THE VERY NEXT DAYTHE INSTRUCTOR WAS SUSPENDED, A PERMANENT LETTER WENT INTO HIS FILE, AND HE WAS TO PAY THE TOTAL OF HER TANDEM COSTBECAUSE OF THIS INCIDENT, WE IMPLEMENTED AND ENTIRELY NEW COMPANY POLICY CONTRACT (ADDRESSING THE ISSUES OF HER COMPLAINT)DIRECTLY FOLLOWING THE MEETING THAT WAS HELD, AN EMAIL WAS IMMEDIATLY SENT TO THE CUSTOMERTO DATE WE HAVE NO RESPONSE FROM THE CUSTOMER REGARDING THIS UNTIL WE RECIEVED YOUR EMAILATTACHED YOU WILL FIND: *A COPY OF THE CUSTOMERS COMPLAINT WE HAD HER WRITE UP FOR US (ONLY ADDRESSING HER INSTRUCTOR, NOT THE COMPANY OR MANAGERS NAMED HERE) *A COPY OF THE EMAIL RESPONSE SENT TO HER ON JULY 13TH, *A COPY OF THE RECEIPT FOR PAYMENT FOR TANDEM AFTER REVIEWING THIS RESPONSE WE ASK THAT YOU KINDLY REMOVE THIS COMPLAINT AS IT IS NOT ACCURATETHE MANAGERS NAMED IN THE COMPLAINT WERE VERY SENSITIVE, PROFESSIONAL, AND DID TAKE IT VERY SERIOUS AND ARE VERY UPSET BY THIS COMPLAINT AS THEY AND THE COMPANY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DOTHANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME PACIFIC SKYDIVING CENTER

We have had much correspondence back and forth regarding this issue with Mr*** and have repeatedly told him the same thing, we offer one type of product pictures and or video burned to discWe do state in the classroom prior to even
choosing to hire a cameraman to fly with you that the pictures come on a cd disc and the video is a dvd that is edited and comes with musicOnly after this did he agree to fly with a cameraman, for both he and his wifeThen after they did their skydive they previewed both their pictures and video and decided to buy them bothUnfortunately what Mr*** wanted to do with our product once he returned home he wasn't able to do and was angry with us for thatWe understand there are many ways to do things technically but our company chooses to do them our wayWe explained this several times to Mr*** yet he continued to get angry for not offering the type of service he wantedAfter multiple emails our manager agreed to send him 'on disc' his entire raw footage of his jump (meaning not edited at all)That was the extent of our capabilities, and above and beyond our business practiceWe are sorry for Mr*** anger but we make it very clear before you make your purchase what you are getting and you actually see your product before you even agree to purchase it which he didHe did apologize for being upsetAnd then on April 21st he finally agreed to the raw footage discNow we are very confused by his complaint against us thru Revdex.com

I understand that the person providing the response is not under oath, but what they are saying couldn't be farther from the truth
First: They said nothing about the fact that the CD would be encrypted or that the CD would contain more advertisement for their company than footage of our jumpI have not rec'd the unedited version as wellWhen reviewing the video they didn't show the edited version that included all the ridiculous advertisingNice surprise don't you think2nd: They choose to only help me via "Their Way"...that is their choice but that is not resolving this issueMaybe they don't understand that an unresolved issue will drop their Revdex.com rating from an A+ to at least an AResolving a complaint does not hurt a company's A+ ratingIn order to resolve this I expect cooperation on this footageIf they are selling footage on encrypted CD's then they are the only ones who can download the information onto a file that can be emailed to meThis wouldn't cost them a dimeMy email: ***
