The gentleman who purchased the watch requested a refund on it stating that the watch itself was defective in which we stated we'll grant if it is in fact a manufacturer errorUpon receiving the watch and inspecting it, it clearly showed damage (broken pieces) due to user error and nothing that has shown manufacturer errorThere was clear damaged pieces to it which does not apply on our year manufacturer warrantyHowever, we granted a refund regardless which has shown on our end as sentOn the customer's end, he stated that funds has not cleared in which we needed proof to verify So on our end, we're more than happy to help get his issue taken care of and take a loss on a product he returned with damaged caused by himSince, the transfer did not go accordingly through our terminal, a different method will be needed

have had to make due to more than poor customer service since November 2016, we are now, as I write; in September and I am still following up problemsI ordered a watch (for a December birthday present) from PSTCoin November, my payment went through from UK to USA with no problemsAfter extensive e-mailing and excuses on their part we finally received the watch in February only to have the watch break after a week of useThis was disappointing and infuriating to start withIt was at this point I was going to request a refund, after more e-mailing I received no reply until I contacted them via *** as they have no telephone number on their websiteAfter finally getting contact, I paid for the return of the watch, the watch was recorded delivery and reached PSTCoon April 27th After 'reviewing' the damage and much dispute over *** as to proof of damages (which photo/video evidence verified); I was shocked I was being argued with about something that was clearly faulty, having worked in customer service I'm pretty sure you NEVER argue with the customer, you issue a refund and apologise, after dispute; I was granted a 'refund request'I was informed by the social media team, after again reminding them about the refund in May, that a refund had been 'Fulfilled', but no such refund had/has entered my bank account, it is the position now that this is my second complaint made in order to produce some resultsI have given my Paypal details and bank account details and am still wanting the refund owed and am being left hangingMy e-mails are being ignored on all fronts and there is no response, I simply want the refund owed for returning the item! Overall; rock bottom customer service and am still fighting to receive a large refund, if you want a wooden watch, I recommend you don't buy from PSTCothere are better places to buy from

shown manufacturer error. There was clear damaged pieces to it which does not apply on our 2 year manufacturer warranty. However, we granted a refund regardless which has shown on our end as sent. On the customer's end, he stated that funds has not cleared in which we needed proof to verify.  So on our end, we're more than happy to help get his issue taken care of and take a loss on a product he returned with damaged caused by him. Since, the transfer did not go accordingly through our terminal, a different method will be needed.
