It took as many as six attempts before Jeff L [redacted] came to my house (without an appointment) to give me an estimate to replace my roofWhile Jeff was at my house, I showed him where the ceiling was leaking Jeff indicated that he would have one of his crew members come out later that day to take a look at the roof to determine where it was leaking Nobody ever showed As part of the estimate, Jeff included a package that contained three certifications, two of which were expired Jeff also indicated that he had an A+ rating with the Revdex.com Upon researching this, Jeff had only been a member of Revdex.com since 3/19/and since having no complaints, had the initial rating of A+ that all Revdex.com businesses start out with I approved for Jeff to go ahead with the work, primarily because I was having such a hard time finding contractors that would even come out and provide me an estimate (I had one other estimate that was considerably higher that did not include the outbuildings) I did email Jeff and explained to him that "I need someone who can be taken at their word" to do this job I was not at the house when the work was performed, so I can not comment on punctuality Jeff had said that when the work was performed that he would send me pictures since I was not at the property No pictures were ever received, even after Cindy was made aware of this when she emailed me an invoice for the completed work When I returned to the property in January, there were several issues that I had with clean up The deck furniture was left in a pile on one corner of the deck, a bench was left upended in the garden, a storage container was left lying in the yard, several gouges we left in the siding on the shed and the fence gate was torn off of the hinges I went to Jeff's place to settle the invoice with pictures of these items Jeff operates out of his home After giving the pictures to Cindy and settling up the almost $9,invoice, Cindy said that she would have Jeff come and take a look at the fence After three weeks of no show, I repaired the fence myself I can not comment on the quality of the work as I don't know anything about roofing But I truly hope that there is no need for warranty work on this roof, which came with a year labor warranty, because I don't believe that anyone would come out to as the problems

We just recently had our roof replaced by the Jeff Linta CompanyIt was a complete tear off and replacement on a very steep roof requiring roughly squareWe are not full-time residents of South Carolina, so there was an additional requirement that the job be completed within a very narrow window of time Jeff very promptly came to our house after our phone inquiry and provided us with answers to all of our questions and concerns The shingles were delivered to our rooftop and installation began within several daysI was very impressed with the work ethic displayed by Jeff's crewThey told me they would start early in the morning and work until dark to meet my time requirementsThe crew more than lived up to my expectations and they did indeed start early in the morningThey set up by roughly 7:am and were gone for the evening by about 7:pmThey took very few and very short breaksThey left the work area clean at the end of each day and when the project was completed I would have been hard pressed to find shingle debris or nails anywhere The roof looks great! I would not hesitate to recommend the Jeff Linta Company to anyone!

It took as many as six attempts before Jeff L[redacted] came to my house (without an appointment) to give me an estimate to replace my roof. While Jeff was at my house, I showed him where the ceiling was leaking. Jeff indicated that he would have one of his crew members come out later that day to take a look at the roof to determine where it was leaking. Nobody ever showed.

As part of the estimate, Jeff included a package that contained three certifications, two of which were expired. Jeff also indicated that he had an A+ rating with the Revdex.com. Upon researching this, Jeff had only been a member of Revdex.com since 3/19/15 and since having no complaints, had the initial rating of A+ that all Revdex.com businesses start out with.

I approved for Jeff to go ahead with the work, primarily because I was having such a hard time finding contractors that would even come out and provide me an estimate (I had one other estimate that was considerably higher that did not include the outbuildings). I did email Jeff and explained to him that "I need someone who can be taken at their word" to do this job.

I was not at the house when the work was performed, so I can not comment on punctuality. Jeff had said that when the work was performed that he would send me pictures since I was not at the property. No pictures were ever received, even after Cindy was made aware of this when she emailed me an invoice for the completed work.

When I returned to the property in January, there were several issues that I had with clean up. The deck furniture was left in a pile on one corner of the deck, a bench was left upended in the garden, a storage container was left lying in the yard, several gouges we left in the siding on the shed and the fence gate was torn off of the hinges. I went to Jeff's place to settle the invoice with pictures of these items. Jeff operates out of his home. After giving the pictures to Cindy and settling up the almost $9,000 invoice, Cindy said that she would have Jeff come and take a look at the fence. After three weeks of no show, I repaired the fence myself.

I can not comment on the quality of the work as I don't know anything about roofing. But I truly hope that there is no need for warranty work on this roof, which came with a 10 year labor warranty, because I don't believe that anyone would come out to as the problems.

We just recently had our roof replaced by the Jeff Linta Company. It was a complete tear off and replacement on a very steep roof requiring roughly 38 square. We are not full-time residents of South Carolina, so there was an additional requirement that the job be completed within a very narrow window of time.

Jeff very promptly came to our house after our phone inquiry and provided us with answers to all of our questions and concerns.

The shingles were delivered to our rooftop and installation began within several days. I was very impressed with the work ethic displayed by Jeff's crew. They told me they would start early in the morning and work until dark to meet my time requirements. The crew more than lived up to my expectations and they did indeed start early in the morning. They set up by roughly 7:30 am and were gone for the evening by about 7:00 pm. They took very few and very short breaks. They left the work area clean at the end of each day and when the project was completed I would have been hard pressed to find shingle debris or nails anywhere.

The roof looks great! I would not hesitate to recommend the Jeff Linta Company to anyone!
