Thank you for allowing me to respond to this complaint, I apologize however I never received anything till today in the mail as I explained I rent a PO Box and it probably went to the wrong box and I still haven’t received anything for the ***@pacificsuncoast email eitherBelow is my response
to the complaint with exhibits . On December 19th I received an email from Ms*** informing me that she sold her home as of December 1st, however I did not get legal documentations from Escrow until Friday December 19th late afternoon nor did Ms*** notify me sooner of the closingHer December HOA dues are automatically withdrawn on the 5-8th every month for and were for the month of December as they should since she was still the ownerUpon all the legal documentation received in my office, we submitted a check immediately for a refund for the month of December for (Exhibit A) to the forwarding email address that she provided ( emails #1). On January 4th 2017, the check came back with her wrong address number that she provided to me (email # 6) we then resent the check to the correct email address with her admitting to the wrong information provided to me(email # 7). On February 10th 2017, we received an email from Ms*** again informing us that her HOA dues have been taken out of her account for the month of February, which we have no idea how this occurred as it did not in January, we immediately entered the check request on February 10th along with her over draft charged and cut the check February 12th (exhibit B & C) and mailed immediately. I did contact Ms*** via phone February 11th and informed her that she needed to contact her bank and stop the ACH as wellMs*** was appropriately taken care of above and beyond in a very quick mannerAs I mentioned to her during our conversations, we are dealing with a 3rd party (the banks) and I cannot control them however can control my office and getting your refund immediately (exhibit 8-10) I have attached emails and exhibits to for my defenseMs*** was blaming everyone but herself for not taking appropriate actions to cancels the auto withdrawals from her bank as I cannot and do not have authority to speak to her bank.
