Over the past several years I had rented from this company several times However in when Hurricane Matthew made landfall and the area was devastated they refused to refund our rental fee Their explanation was I had not purchased the cancellation insurance The cancellation was due to an ACT OF GOD!!! Not until the Governor mandated evacuation for the entire week did they refund my rental fees

Over the past several years I had rented from this company several times. However in 2016 when Hurricane Matthew made landfall and the area was devastated they refused to refund our rental fee. Their explanation was I had not purchased the cancellation insurance. The cancellation was due to an ACT OF GOD!!! Not until the Governor mandated evacuation for the entire week did they refund my rental fees.

Review: 03/23/2015. I took my car here to have my windows Tinted, Front,Back and 1/4 side panel windows. When I picked my car up I inspected the job and noticed they had scratched all my windows applying the tint. Before I left the business I informed them of the situation, I later spoke with a "J[redacted]" witch is the owner of the company she wanted to meet with me to see the damage. Later that week I was able to bring my car in so she could inspected my car. Upon inspection she agreed the windows where scratched and offered to replace the windows. She told me to take my car in to get a quote and bring her the bill. I did this twice and all she has done is blow me off. on 4-12-15 I dropped off a bill in her mail box asking her to call me so we can take care of this matter, here it's 04-26-15 and I haven't heard from her. So I called her on 04-22-15 and left her a message saying she needed to call me back and how this matter needs to be taking care of and that my next step was legal. she hasn't returned my call.Desired Settlement: I want my windows replaced!
