Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have no idea who they are referring to but it is most definitely NOT my caseI was the one that parked my vehicle and my daughter was never even on the premisesThe sign at the entrance says Jersey's Mike's and Johnny Manana's parking only of which we were patrons of their establishment for over hoursSecondly, the other part of the sign reads no public parking from 11pm-5am and the vehicle was towed long before 11pmI saw them towing my vehicle, I ran up to it and they proceeded to drive away despite my efforts so I turned on my alarm repeatedly and chased them down the streetIf this were a legal tow I would still be upset but with myself not the companyHowever, this was clearly an attempt to garner fundsLook on ***, look on [redacted] , even the Revdex.com has already given this company as F ratingI checked several other tow companies and NOT one of them have the poor reviews or the accusations this company has racked up Clearly this is not just about people who are upset about having their vehicles towed and leaving bad reviews as they weakly argueIf that were the case every single tow company out there would have these type of rating and comments, yet they absolutely do not Regards, [redacted] ***

It also states parking for dine in customers only you stated the day you picked up your car that you were in the movies when you car was removedYour car was removed after the business were closed per managementAnd of course we are going to have a bad *** we tow hundreds of cars per month and no one thinks they are in the wrong it looks like you read the Sign at Jersey Mike’s so you know it says well dining customer only not sure why you still parked on the property after hours? The parking lot is small and can only hold about cars that’s why they Enforce this rule so they have enough room for new customers throughout the dayThis is why we have a bad rating due to people like your self that can’t take responsibility for their actions !!!!!!!

property managementOf course we have bad reviews on *** due to the fact that your vehicle is being towed because you are in the wrongIf you could give highway patrol or local law-enforcement a bad *** because they wrote you a ticket because you were speeding I’m sure you would do that also All fees for the towing and storage or post it on our front door for everyone to seeBut like I said we’re sorry for your inconvenience of you parking or your son parking on a private property that he or she should have not been onEverything is up to code and towed with in the law of c.v.cper the state of CaliforniaMost people want to give bad reviews because they are in the wrong and trust me No one likes to be towed

Secondly, the other part of the sign reads no public parking from 11pm-5am and the vehicle was towed long before 11pm. I saw them towing my vehicle, I ran up to it and they proceeded to drive away despite my efforts so I turned on my alarm repeatedly and chased them down the street. If this were a legal tow I would still be upset but with myself not the company. However, this was clearly an attempt to garner funds. Look on [redacted], look on [redacted], even the Revdex.com has already given this company as F rating. I checked several other tow companies and NOT one of them have the poor reviews or the accusations this company has racked up.  Clearly this is not just about people who are upset about having their vehicles towed and leaving bad reviews as they weakly argue. If that were the case every single tow company out there would have these type of rating and comments, yet they absolutely do not.

First off the  vehicle was towed after hours after all businesses were closed sign at the entrance states customer parking only No public parking .  I know everybody is mad because there  vehicles was towed but if the owner of the vehicle would read the signs on private parking lots...

prior to parking, they never would’ve been towed in the first place. The owner of the vehicle is not the one that park the vehicle on the property it was her daughter. For the more nobody Chased any driver off propertyAnd vehicle was towed in accordance to the law. Cvc 22658(a) .  The vehicle was towed within the 10 mile radius of our office. It’s not within 10 miles of driving but 10 miles as a crows flies which is stated by the law. Please read the laws before making fals  accusations .

The vehicle was parked  illegally  on a private property. Vehicle has curb rash on all for rims and there is a chunk of rubber  Missing  out of the passenger front tire that was  prior to the vehicle being towed. We had the vehicle inspected and all damage was prior to 12....

We understand that people get upset when their vehicle has been towed. That’s why false accusations and people want to point the finger at the tow company when in fact they are the ones that are wrong for parking On a property that does not belong to them. We have done everything in   Accordance to the law. The Customer signed all paperwork stating that they took their vehicle in satisfactory condition!! This complaint buy this customer is bogus and by no means a true statement..

An unnecessary incident occurred at [redacted] vista on 06/08/2015 in which a 15 minute unloading necessity turned ugly. Driver [redacted] cited unknown residents complaint as jurisdiction to proceed. Many residents witnessed his unwillingness to provide ownership info nor allow driver to resolve parking on an immediate basis....all within 15 minute time frame. I will gladly expose their F rating to mgmt co ( who knew nothing of this tow request until we asked them) and ask that pacific tow be fired and removed from future entry. Who is the resident who complained? We knocked on doors.

Review: My car was towed at 1:40 according to the person I spoke to over the phone. I told him I was upset and it was understandable and the fee he said was $357. But the guy was rude and kept on hanging up the phone on me and then later on my call just goes to voicemail. I left A voicemail and they have not returned my call. My only worry is that they will charge additional on the fees. I just think that this business should not remain operational because of the rude and does not handle the transaction professionally.Desired Settlement: I hope that this company will not continue to open business. I, along with the other people who have had bad service and interaction with them will agree that business like pacific towing should not continue to operate.
