This was a private property tow away of a abandon vehicle. The owner or manage of the property found a vehicle on his property and called us to tow the abandon vehicle away. I guess [redacted] was driving the vehicle locked his keys in the car and walked home and returned 3 hrs later according to... the R/O when she picked up the vehicle on 4/8/16. If the R/O or [redacted] has a issue with anybody it should be the [redacted] ***.Below is the responce to the complaint. We will only release vehicles or property to the R/O or their agent. I explained that to the son of the R/O who was driving the vehicle [redacted] ***. I tried to explain how he could go about getting the car released to him by having his mother fax a notarized letter, or at the very least a letter that has her ID, that is legiable on it and explain in the letter that her son could act on her behalf when it came to the truck and then he could retreive the truck. He said she was in Africa and couldn't be reached and would be gone for a week and a half. Then he started cussing at me again. I explained that that type of langauge was unnessary and again tried to explain how he could go about doing it. He then had his insurance company call and verify that he was on the insurance, but he was not on the Registration. Policy is whoever is on the Registratioin can get or retrieve the vehicle. I also explained to the insurance company that they could act on the R/O's behalf if car was in a wreck but still only with the concent of the R/O and [redacted] is not on the registration and the car was not in a wreck.

I am rejecting this response because: Nothing has been resolved, and I still want a refund from this business transactionI was a victim (who's car was stolen),and then I felt ripped off by this towing company.

TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT USE!!! They are very rude and towed over 20 cars from Lodi street fair from a no tow zone. My 83 year old parents had to walk 2 miles to the tow yard where it then cost $680.00 for both cars. Jorge the tow truck driver was laughing and said we could talk to owner but he 's out for the week. Very crooked business!!!!

Driver [redacted] helped us last week and was very pleasant and accommodating--even 5 minutes early!
