Pacific Towing

This is the worst service ever!!! Do not recommend for any reason! Firstly, the employees are not well trained, they messed up the workIt is very noticeable the lack of experience of the employees and lastly all the questions that were asked to the employee were dismissed immediacy, didn't know anything and refused to answer!!! Never again!!!

Review: Pacific Towing

Came for the second time now they towed my car from my space number and I had to pay $365.00 dollars they never proved that I was parked in the wrong space No pictures from the company No video nothing.

I'm single parent low income and this people are taking advantage as a company they should provide proof.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for my money since they were not able to proof that I was parked in the wrong space and or proof of that I was.

I know was in the right space I check every time I park now ever since the first time they charged me and couldn't prove it.

As a professional Company they should take picture or video of the car they're going to tow.

Please look into this problem they are getting away with fraud and they don't care if we have the money or not.

Please help me with this matter

Review: On Tuesday, November 4, 2014, me and fiance stop at a convenient store parking lot to go use the restroom, and when we came back to the parking lot the pacific Tow Company towed my pregnant fiance vehicle and told us to get up to the tow yard the best way we can. I ask them if I can have my fiance ride up with them to the tow yard but they decline and said no and gave us a phone number that didn't work. So I went around begging to ask someone to drop us off at the tow yard and no one wouldn't help. So the only thing I had was my motorcycle that Pacific Towing wasn't able to tow. I didn't have none of my gear due to my helmet and jacket was in my fiance car that got towed. I also didn't have a sweater so it was very cold that night. So the only thing, I could do was drive my motorcycle up there and so I did with my pregnant fiance on the back of my motorcycle. the ride was 8 miles long and I was very cold due to me not even having no jacket nor a helmet to protect my head. When we got there the tow yard didn't even have a street address nor their telephone service wouldn't work, so I know that the Tow company wasn't a legally registered business according to the Sec. of State database. They also unlock my fiance car and took her 20$ from her wallet not letting us know that they did.Desired Settlement: I do want my fiance to be compensated her money back from the Tow yard which was 360$ for wrongfully towing her car for a non-employee parking lot and from them taking her 20$ out of her purse unknowingly. I really need my fiance to get her money reimburse back to her because her rent is coming up and she spent our rent money just to take out her car. Please help us, Ill be glad to get any type of help from you.
