Hello ***,This is response to complaint ID#*** filed by Mr*** ***.After consulting with Kubota Corporate Attorney's and their Engineering DeptWe find that Mr***'s Warranty has not been voided by the installation and use of the Landpride RCFRotary Cutter on his Kubota B3350SU Tractor.We did not misrepresent the equipment and its useKubota and Landpride have both approved the use of that mower on that tractor.He has had this equipment in use for year and it is unfortunate that he is experiencing some challenges with his equipmentHe has been informed that we currently have that exact combination in our rental fleet and is being used constantly without any issuesAlso that this tractor mower combination is sold every day of the week all across the US.It has been reiterated to me that it is always the Manufacturer, in this case Kubota that determines if something is covered under warranty or not, and that is not the Dealer that can make that determinationWe are not sure where Mr*** got the idea that his warranty have been in fact voided.We are formally asking Mr*** to retract his defamatory comments online regarding Pacific Tractor and its operations. this response because:
I purchased tractor on June 9, 2015.........See attached receipt. 
Kubota Corp. and Pacific Tractor were put on notice June 2, 2016 regarding warranty issues with tractor and rotary cutter..........See attached email from Kubota Corp.  Kubota Corporation said it is a Dealership issue not a Kubota Corp. issue once they received all the facts.
It seems to me at this point Pacific Tractor still doesn't recognize the fact they sold me a tractor without a warranty because of the implement they sold with the tractor.
The manual is clear that the mower exceeds the limitations, and with the warranty invalidated, there is a direct consequence in addition to the mechanical issues that have presented as a result.  By misrepresenting the tractor’s capabilities, Pacific violated several provisions of the Oregon Unlawful Trade Practices Act (UTPA) that allow a private right of action.  You can view the law here: http://www.oregonlaws.org/ors/646.608.
Let me know when Pacific Tractor wants to make this right.

Purchase was made 06.10.2015 more than 365 days ago.  We cannot just simply accept this back and provide him with a new one.  We can however, trade this in on a different model.
