I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
For the record, the allegation that this is malicious or has anything to do with termination of my services is completely false. If Mr. B[redacted] thinks it's malicious he is more than welcome to file a defamation complaint. I will be asserting an anti-SLAPP defense (Indiana code 34-7-7-5). The legal threats implied in his response and directly communicated to my new attorney are nothing but a transparent attempt to silence me and deny me my First Amendment rights as well as my rights as a consumer. My business was only withdrawn after a draft complaint was sent to me which contained incorrect information, was missing information, and was extremely short given the length of time they had to prepare the document and the documentation provided in support of the complaint. It was only being filed to head off a filing deadline and appeared sloppy and rushed. When asked why there was incorrect information on the complaint, I was told that it didn't matter and could be fixed later. That was unacceptable to me. My new attorney has filed a proper complaint in less time and for less money with a much higher quality work product.
