Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:i recieved the response to my complaint with Pacific Tree Service and find it unsatisfactory. In his response he stated that he replaced the diaphragms (Zama C-10). There is no such Zama number. There is a Zama C1Q-Sbut that refers to to a carburetor. The carburetor kit is Rb 105. After bringing the saw home and being unable to start the saw I purchased a carburetor kit.I have the receipt dated 4/24/15. I have the diaphragm I removed from the saw and it was obviously dirty and oldHad the Tree Service replaced replaced the diaphragm it would have clean. Most repair places show the customer any parts that they replaceI was not offered to see any parts that they replaced. The Tree Service states that he repaired the spark plug boot. There is nothing to repair on a a spark plug boot, it is an integral part of the spark plug wire and if it were damaged it would have to replaced as a unit. No such repairs appear to have been madeIn his reply he states that he replaced a damaged starter pull cordHe did not replace the cordThe cord is in good shape but obviously not replaced with new cordBefore I brought the saw to his shop the pull handle came lose from the cordAll that was needed was to attach the handle back on the cord. Rewind the cord put it through the handle and tie a knot in it. A three minute job.Sincerely,*** ***

Pacific Tree Service and Saw Repair [redacted] Aberdeen, WA 98520 [redacted]@pacificsaws.com Revdex.com Complaint ID:[redacted] I am rejecting the customers response dated June 12,2015. I am standing by my first response and indeed, did all the repairs described in my first letter. The chainsaw ran fine after testing it at the time of repairs. I am not responsible for what type of fuel or unskilled repairs made by the customer before or after the 30 day warrantee. He obviously doesn't understand that manufacturers use different numbered parts for carburetors and kits that work in several models. The carburetor on his model is indeed a Zama C-10 as with most smaller Stihl chainsaws. The customer is simply untruthful with his complaint. I have been in this business for several years without any legitimate complaints. In fact, I have hundreds of regular customs that won't go anywhere else. I offered him the opportunity to return the saw for inspection on 5/19 and to make it right with him. It appears that he is maliciously determined to give my business a bad name without any cooperation on his part.

Pacific Tree Service and Saw Repair [redacted] Aberdeen, WA 98520 [redacted]@pacificsaws.com Revdex.com Complaint ID:[redacted] Customer brought Stihl MS250 in for repair on 3/31/2015. I REPLACED damaged starter pull cord. Removed carburetor and replaced worn diaphragms (carb kit-Zama...

C-10), cleaned carburetor, reinstalled carburetor, adjusted carburetor jets and repaired the spark plug boot. The saw tested to be in very good running condition after the service. The total for parts and labor was $43.44. I called customer and told him his saw was ready on 4/1/2015. I believe he picked it up next day. He came in the following day looking for his scabbard which had been misplaced or lost. I gave him one. At this time, there was no problems other than the missing scabbard. He seemed satisfied and left with no other issue. On 5/19 customer called being very irrational, making wild accusations and screaming that I didn't do the service, stole his scabbard and wanted full refund. I told him to bring the saw back and I would go over what service I preformed. He refused any explanation and started screaming that he was going to bring the police, call the Revdex.com, yelling at me to "SHUT UP!" End of conversation. I performed the service as stated and offer a 30 day warranty clearly posted in my business. Customer has clearly exceeded the warranty and has refused to cooperate in any way to clear this issue. The customer has too many inconsistency's in his story and the actual facts. I will not issue any refund. Please reply by email.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: This is my last response to this complaint.  Revdex.com has no force of law.  I have enough hard evidence to take this mater to small claims court and prevail.  Mr [redacted] has only his words and has change his story more than once and made some ridiculous statement about repairing a spark plug boot. A reputable repair place will show the customer the old parts that it replaced and even demonstrate and show that the item is operating normally. Mr. [redacted] did not.  Small claims does not collect any money from the loser. The winner is on his own to collect any judgment and that usually is a cost to the winner.  Mr. [redacted] states that I am unskilled. I am retired now.  I have completed courses in engineering at the University of Washington, I have worked in plant maintenance, I have designed, built and repaired many types machines and equipment even a few chainsaws. If there is anybody here that is unskilled it is more apt to be Mr. [redacted].  Mr. [redacted] also made a statement that I was trying give his company a bad reputation. I don't have to. When I first saute information on this problem I went to the Chamber of Commerce and was told he already had a bad reputation. If [redacted] has the occasion to work on the Stihl 250 here are the  Zama part numbers, carburetor C1Q-S84E  repair kit RB-105.Have a good day[redacted]
