I ordered a large quantity of items for my vehicle (totaling approximately $4000) When ordered, several items were to be ordered from the manufacturer and a lead time of to weeks was neededAthe the week mark I emailed asking for info (any sort of invoice, sales, tracking number) but was told that I would get it when everything shipped At weeks they finally shipped my items, with one exception When I called and talked with the sales rep, ***, she stated that they had already been very accommodating to me and that the item was on back order She further explained that they cannot give any sort of sales, invoice or tracking number until items are ready to ship When I asked why nobody bothered to let me know why I wouldn't receive my full order, she stated that there was no need since it was listed on the invoice I stated that it is *** to have a system that doesn't allow you to assign invoice or sales numbers to customers orders before shipping and to not communicate with their customers regarding order deficiencies *** simply stated that if I were to open my own business, I would be free to run it any way that I wish...before promptly hanging up on me
This business, or more specifically *** in their sales department, needs a drastic overhaul in communication and the most basic understanding of customer service I would only recommend this company if they are the sole source worldwide for a product that you cannot live without, otherwise find an alternative or live without it
