They make no mention of their plans to stop placing customers in rooms that are in construction zonesThey also didn't say if they would be notifying Expedia of ongoing construction at their hotel so Expedia can notify customers who are considering staying thereOur refund has been approved by the Hotel and Expedia has refunded our money but that is not what my complaint was about, so the hotel's response of 'we have refund the money' and to contact Expedia with questions does not resolve my complaint
