Return of hospital bed My mother was a resident for about days in February and needed a hospital bed delivered Ken Rostenberg (Community Relations Director) arranged for it due to security issues at the facility Within days, my mother was hospitalized and passed away I returned to Pacifica to retrieve my mother's personal items within a day or two and [redacted] assured me he would arrange to have the bed returned to S Florida Medical Corp I have now been contacted by S Florida Medical saying they never received the bed I contacted [redacted] and he said he would follow up I am now being billed and [redacted] is not returning my calls

When my father passed away and I cleaned out his room, I received a refund request from this company for $1, One month later, I received a refund of only $ I followed up several times to get the remaining amount, and received another refund check for only $ Despite multiple phone calls and physical visits at the facility, I have been unable to obtain my remaining refund of $1, I will upload a copy of the initial refund request from the company, along with the small refunds they did provide
