Our Company adjuster met with the complainant and settled the matterThe complainant accepted and was paid $for damages to his personal propertyHis claims about the conditions of the trees and any warning given are not entirely correct but again this matter was settled and the payment was madeWhile the property did not have any liability in this matter, we still met with the complainant and made a reasonable offer to settle that was accepted.We hired a licensed arboriculturist to evaluate all the trees through out our communityBased on their evaluation we feel we have acted in good faith and settled this matter.Thank youDan S*Regional Asset Manager

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I am not going to go back and fourth with he said, she said because I know what was said to me and what I saidI will accept that people are not honest, especially when their livelihood is on the lineBut, I do have pictures of other units that have bikes and other "clutter" on them date stamped after I received the notice of violation on my door for having what I was told by management was bicycles on my patioIf I am being discriminated against I will contact the proper authorities. Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:He is correct in that I was provided a check for $1,000.00, which I have not yet cashedI felt at the time I had no other choice other than accept the deal, or get nothing, unless I took this to court.I'm not entirely sure what he means by "not entirely correct" in regards to the tree and warnings givenWarnings are not necessary, as my wife spoke to someone that works on the grounds the day the first limb fell in MarchThe other "warnings" were given verbally as well as visually to Leigh R*** when she came out, and my neighbor can attest to thatI relayed the information to *** (my neighbor) about Leigh now claiming that she was never pointed out that particular tree, and he was offended by that, as that is basically calling him a liarNothing about my story is fabricated in the least.I find it surprising that a tree company came out to view the trees on the property and were not concerned about any of themHow about the two trees in the photo that are attached to this response? These tree's have been like this since March of this yearNo 'major' inspection is necessary, as this can easily be seen from the groundThe entire tops of the trees are missing! How is that safe? Also, you can see from the photo as well that the trees have not been properly maintained for several yearsYou can hardly see any space through the branches, meaning they need to be thinned outThey are also crowdedIf these trees are not properly cared for, it's only a matter of time before more come down and cause more property damage, or even worse, bodily damage to an individualWe frequently get heavy wind storms in that area I paid $3,for my vehicle from a private party in December of That is the amount I want in order to consider this issue resolvedWith damages in excess of $5,000, my vehicle is now totaled.Sincerely,*** ***

lease for her to be able to continue living at this community, this offer had all the information needed for her to make a decision as well as if she decided not to sign a lease she could stay in a month to month basis but this will cost the market rent for the apartment, and yes it was sent to her 30 days in advance, due to the fact that she decided to stay month to month and not renewed her lease she was now being charged for the market rate, her rent was accepted and she is current in her monthly payment as of June 2017. In addition we have sent another offer effective July 2017 for her to avoid paying market rent and instead renew for lower price than market.   Please accept our sincerest apology for any trouble or inconvenience we have caused you. We highly appreciate your feedback as it will assist us in becoming better at what we do. As with any business like ours, the greatest advertising we can have is word of mouth from a satisfied customer. It is our goal to maintain our residents satisfaction.
