I've use pack and mail companies several times, in various states, and this was by far the worst experience everThey SAT ON MY SHIPMENT for a week before boxing it and shipping it out, after promising it'd go out the next dayThen, they charged me nearly $after being told the estimate was "about $50" When I questioned all this, ***, the owner, gave me the snippiest of replies, saying, "we're really backed up around here." No discount offered, not sincere apologyI'm a small business owner too, and if I treated my clients this way, I'd be out of business QUICKLY!

Thank you for allowing to hear our side of the storyI will first explain our business and then explain what happened.We are a retail packing and
ship centerWe have customers that come in to ship there items via FedEx, UPS, SpeeDee Delivery and USPSWe generate a shipping label through our POS system and the item is picked up at the end of each day.As a ship center we also accept pre-paid, pre-addressed packages for UPS, FedEx & USPSThese pre-paid packages are dropped of and are picked up with the rest of the packages we processBecause they are pre-paid (billed to a third party) and the customer dropping them off DOES NOT PAY US for shipping, we advise these people to write down their tracking number and hold on to this number until their package is deliveredWe are not responsible for any drop off or keep track of any tracking number that does not go through our POS systemThis is a courtesy that we provideWe have three signs (one on the front door and one at each register) which I have scanned and attached.Mr*** has been in 2-times to drop off a pre-paid packageEverytime, he asks for a receipt of which we explain that we do not provide receipts, however we can scan in his tracking number and print it out for him if he does not have it written downHe always argues and asks for a receiptwe tell him that we do not provide receipts but only tracking numbersHe was also told that he can go to an actual "UPS Store" in Green Bay (the nearest location) and THEY are able to provide a receiptWe are not owned or operated by UPS or FedEx, we are an independent ship centerBecause of this, we are not able to do all the things the actual carrier owned facility can. Any time a person has a negative thing to say about my business affects meUnfortunately, you can not please everyoneIn this case, we cannot provide the service Mr*** needs and I cannot fix this situationMy employee that he is referring to has done nothing wrongI have witnessed the interactions and can honestly say she was not being rude but merely explaining our capabilities. Review: I DO BELIEVE CUSTOMER AWAY IS NUMBER ONE,CUSTOMER PAY THE EMPLOYEE SALARY AND SUPPORT ANY BUSINESS ,CUSTOMER NEED TO BE TREAT WITH RESPECT EN DIGNITY .. TODAY I DROP A PACKAGE AT PACK AND SHIP PLUS 623 N 8 AVENUE STURGEON BAY WI 54235, AND THOSE EMPLOYEE WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL TO ME, NOT SMILE NOT KIND,THEY HAVE POOR ATTITUDE... I ASK ONE OF THE EMPLOYEE I WILL NEED THE RECEIVED AS EVIDENT I DROP MY PACKAGE ,SHE ARGUMENT WITH ME SHE CAN NOT GIVE A RECEIVED BECAUSE THAT IS NO A RECEIVED,I TOLD HER I UNDERSTAND THAT ,BUT I NEED ANY EVIDENT TO SHOW I DROP MY PACKAGE .WHILE THE ARGUMENT SHE DECIDE TO SCAN THE PACKAGE AND GIVE A RECEIVED OR THE EVIDENT I DROP MY PACKAGE.. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME SHE HAVE THAT POOR ATTITUDE ,ABOUT 6 MONTH AGO I HAD THE SAME ISSUE WITH THE SAME EMPLOYEE... SHE NEED A PROFESSIONAL TRAINING TO HOW TREAT CUSTOMER... SI HOPE THEY CLOSE THAT BUSINESS ,THEY NOT GOOD... ALSO I WILL COMPLAIN TO THE UPS ABOUT THIS INCIDENT.... THE BEST TIME TO CONTACT ME FROM 10 AM TO 1 PM THANKS.Desired Settlement: PLEASE DO NOT ARGUMENT WITH CUSTOMER,THIS WAS SOMETHING SAMPLE,YOU SCAN THE LABEL AND GIVE THE RECEIVED OR ANY EVIDENT LIKE I DROP MY PACKAGE IN YOU LOCATION...
