Pack It Movers  

I initially called to have someone pack my things for my move since I had movers booked the following day I spoke with Roger and he said that his guys could pack my things and move me the same day I decided to move forward with PaMovers since they gave me a better price than the movers I had booked When the movers got to my place, they said they needed an additional guy but couldn't find anyone so just two guys packed my stuff They said it would take them hours, and it ended up taking them They didn't pack my stuff rather than just carelessly throw large armfuls of my things into huge boxes Upon opening one of my kitchen boxes there was a large carving knife just thrown in on a pile of all of my things I had broken plates, and expensive glassware I had just purchased from Anthropologie that was broken into piecesI opened a box from my bathroom after a LONG day of moving and found they had thrown in a box of opened baking soda and it covered EVERYTHING in the box and I had to take one thing out at a time and clean it off, and it ruined my stuff During their packing, I was busy doing my own organizing and then had to leave to go to the new house I came back the next day to my old place and found all of the boxes I had instructed them to use just sitting all broken down on my patio They didn't use any of the boxes I had and charged me $for all new boxes that I did not authorize I also came back to a complete disaster They had left behind tons of stuff, and even got grease and mud all over my carpet I had to spend three hours packing up stuff and cleaning up everything they left behind They didn't wrap my expensive sofa and got truck grease all over my cushions that has not come out, and on top of all my broken items and terrible experience, I am without a box they packed containing all of my personal items that were on my kitchen counter top including a letter sorter that had all of my bills, receipts, car title, and insurance, etc along with all my vitamins, supplements, and prescriptions All expensive stuff that is going to be a PAIN to replace and very costly This was probably the most important box they could have packed and it is missing On top of this terrible and frustrating experience, it cost me almost $1K which is almost double what I would have paid if I had used the movers my boyfriend used I have never had such a horrible experience and if I could do it all over again, would have just packed my stuff myself, saved myself a thousand dollars plus a nightmare experience and have my personal items still in tact and not missing

They have been harrassing us both the customer and there friend on social media, ***, ectWe offered to credit back 1hr of service which covers all delays mentioned as well as we term the employee in question immediatelyWe are unable to move this person for free as our fuel, truck, and
employees are not free, as well as the services were completed in fullIf brought to our attention sooner we could have corrected alot faster as we were not aware of the situation until ater move was finished

We have done an investigation of the claimed stolen or misplaced property and came up with nothing. The employees who packed and loaded this job doesn't recall any of the itemsWe have made attempts to make things right by coming out to her place and fixing items that had minor
damage while in transit to and from. Our other option to take care of her will be through our insurance in which the terms and conditions are stated at the bottom of her invoice

Hello, the client hired us threw a [redacted] coupon. She has used our services prior without this coupon. On [redacted] it has specific details printed for clients to read in full before purchasing. They are to use the coupon within a 15mile radius of our office. Due to the discount the clock starts from...

office all the way back as the client should be within that 15 mile radius. It is listed in sentence #6 that a trip fee will apply based on where they are located. Its set at $50 for [redacted] clients. Our standard rate is $90hr and a $50 trip fee for local moving services. [redacted] discounts it down to $68.50 per hour for the 1st 2hrs service which is a significate discount for our clients. We work closely with [redacted] to avoid confusion, and 2nd we also go over again by phone when clients call to set appointment. We request an upfront $50 deposit to secure appointment. All clients are priority and unfortunately california traffic is unpredictable and clients add last min changes to there move so it can cause delays to evening clients. We followed all guidelines with [redacted] and the client was charged properly for her services used.
