I woke up this morning 2/6/to pack rat repoing my last podsI had no warning, no idea this was going to happenI ran outside in the cold in my pajamas arguing with the driver and Ryan on the phoneHe said he sent out papers for me to sign that he was taking my pods and selling my stuffI told him I never received any such documentHe said he doesn't care if I received that document or not, he is taking my stuff and having an auction in MarchSo he took the podsOn 1/3/I filed a complaint here about billing with this companyHere is the Revdex.com case # ***I spoke to Kenneth P***, Operations TeamI was on the phone with him about minutes and he was very helpfulHe said as long as I am in communication with pack rat of what's going on with my situation then everything will be fineSo that's what I didBut then about weeks later the company repoed themIt was very imbarrassing in front of my neighbors in the cold in my pajamas arguing with pack rat not to take them until I speak to Kenneth againRyan just didn't careI asked him to give me until tomorrow so I can speak to Kenneth againHe said no, he's taking themThey will be stored until the auction
