could not see that he had insured his package, so they would not pay anymore. We contacted the insurance company to get the claim in process. We have been keeping in contact with them, we had notified [redacted] of this. I am sending you copies of the paperwork to verify that we have been working on this, unfortunately it takes time. The insurance company cut a check to [redacted] in the amount of $356.84 which is the difference from the $125.75 that he received from [redacted]. On March 9 the insurance company cut a check to [redacted]. We still have not received it. I called this morning 3/20/2015 to find out that the check was mailed to the incorrect address. They are going to put a stop pay on that check and resubmit the funds to us on Monday 3/23/2015.I did call him to advis him of the progress that was made and that he should receive his check very soon.
