We ask that you spread out the bags of leaves if they exceed your weekly limit and they must be in the same location as your regular trash. As a customer since 2009 , we have only raised your rate 4 times, in 5years and 10 months.

When I called and spoke with the Manager [redacted], she took all my information: name, address, phone#, etc and stated the owner will call me. He never did. [redacted] was not helpful and she was very rude. I don't believe they even care.I would like to close this case. They are never going to admit they are in fault. Thanks, [redacted]
