Hello, we did rebuild a dodge transmission for this customer He was quoted over the phone $for a rebuild including a new torque converter We did a complete rebuild, a full disassembly and cleaning and inspection of case and all internal hard parts We
discovered at that point that the front input shaft and planetary gears were broken These are internal hard parts not included in a standard rebuild We purchased good used planetary gears and input shaft from dynotec transmission at a cost of $ We have all receipts and pictures of the rebuild for all new clutches, solenoids, bands, filter and even thetorque converter which the customer refused The transmsision was dyno tested and worked perfectly when it was picked up The customer refused to buy a converter which we explained it was necessary for a rebuilt transmission to install a new converter He refused so we gave him a used core and he was fully aware of that as we had him sign a waiver. furthermore the customer cancelled payment minutes after leaving the shop He lived hours away, so theres no way he installed the transmission in minutes We have repeatedly offer to look at the transmission and offered full refund multiple times but he refuses to bring the vehicle or the transmission by the shop My opinion is he intentionally defrauded our shop We are currently taking him to court for the cancelled payment So at this point he received a free rebuilt transmission from our shop I have contacted the jordan police and there is no transmission there, so yet another lie. The accusations are complete lies, we take pride in all of our work and stand behind everything we do Having been in business for years and rebuilding to transmissions a week, there is no way we would last this long if we did anything he is accusing I have all the court documents as well as the cancelled payment How can you file a complaint on something you stole?

wheel drive Astro van. So mr [redacted] got his exact transnmission reinstalled after it was rebuilt. Mr [redacted]'s transmission came with a 1 year parts and labor warranty with an option to purchase a 2 year warranty. Mr [redacted] did not purchase an extended warranty.
Approximately 2 months ago mr [redacted] contacted us and stated he was having an issue with his transmission. We told him to bring it in and we would look at it. When he brought it in we noticed it had been severely overheated and the fluid which is supposed to be red, was black. Even though he was out of warranty by about 6 months, we still removed and repaired his transmission at no charge out of good faith for a customer. We then got a call from mr [redacted] approximately 2 weeks later stating that the transmission was acting up. We suggested replacing the transmission cooler on his astro because it may not be flowing as it is supposed to because a transmission should not overheat unless it has a bad cooler or it is being severely overworked. That was the last we spoke with mr [redacted]. I felt we went above and beyond by covering an out of warranty transmission. I guess I'm not sure what more we can do in this case.

Was not 20 months ago. It was 8 months ago. I can prove it with car rental recipts .Not even 5,000 miles on there so called rebuild. Of transmission It was not rebuilt correctly. I brought it back. And I believe all they did was change fluid. I have recently had it rebuilt and have shop report. Says the transmission pump went out as a result transmission failed I believe I need to be refunded $1,500.

Hello, we will gladly repair and warranty any of our work. We did remove repair and reinstall Mr.[redacted]'s transmission out of good faith after his warranty had expired. The transmission had been severely overheated and burned up the clutches. We installed new clutches, new filter, new fluid and reinstalled the transmission. That was the last we heard until now. If the transmission burned up again I would suspect possibly the cooler in the radiator may be blocked. We would gladly look at this no problem. Thanks
