In regards to complaint filed by [redacted], ID # [redacted]. The ABS sensor is part of the electrical system of a vehicle, whereas the work completed was to the hydraulic system (pads, rotors & brake hoses). This is two separate issues with the vehicle and cannot be repaired at no cost.Thank you[redacted]Owner/Operator

We have receved your letter regarding a cowplaint filed by [redacted]. In regards to this complaint the repairs completed on [redacted]'s truck were to the broke pads, rotor and brake hose. The ABS Sensor is a different part of the brake system. It was never serviced by vs. This would be...

a new problem that has occurred and would be a new service. We cannot cover a part that was not repaired. We tried to explain this to Mr. [redacted] bu the did not understand. Brakes are a wear item and need to be replace as needed. Thank You[redacted]Owner/Operator
