Regarding the complaint, we were unaware of said complaint until recently. A law firm under retainer in California advised us last week. 
Brief History:
Complainant [redacted] (a Chinese owned business operating in California), requested two price quotes from us. One for 1-lb and one for 2-lb Georgia Wild American Ginseng for which we are licensed to sell under Georgia DNR/WRD 0198. 
We issued 2 proforma invoices and complainant executed in part against the 2-lb proforma invoice and thereby saving them an additional $200.00 (attached).
Wild American Ginseng is an internationally traded commodity with U.S. price ranging from $700.00 to $1,500.00 per pound depending on quality and time of year. In China it can sell for upwards of $4,000.00 per pound (if your able to penetrate the communist bureaucracy).   
The Problem:
Complainant only paid for half of the invoice and demanded to receive half the order at the discounted price.
At know time during the return exchange period stipulated on the proforma invoice (14-days) did the complainant cancel the order. To the contrary demands for half the order at the discounted price continued.
The Remedy:We would be willing to wait for complainant to fulfill its obligation under the original proforma invoice and remit the balance owed (subject to any market price changes that have occurred since issuance).
