Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: yes Paco did rotor illBut Paco charged me for it above and beyond what was supposed to be included in his job estimate The job included rotilling and he extorted me by saying he didn't and making me pay to rent a machine Further, he refunded $for thesprinkler zone which he tried to charge me for and at the time of payment didn't admit toHe tried to only refund $and I had to call him repeatedly to get him to refund the other partAs for the roll of weed fabric His guys stole itI do not have it and it was not used to do a double layer as I requested So yes, he and his company stole it He lied and said he would do a good job and even when he double charged me for rotilling he and his crew did not break up the ground smooth, they went around and made pass and loaded up quickly He did a poor job and the only reason he did refund me the $finally was that he knew he had not put in zones only but even then didn't refund me properly and made me hound him Because the proof is buried in my yard and he could tell a tale and get away with it Regards, [redacted]

2015. I don't understand why Mr. [redacted] is making the claim until this date. One of the claims that he made is that the service of Rototilling was not done. My Company completed this job in the best way ; I will provide a copy of the proof of when the machine was rented in order to get this job done on 07/10/2015. Another one of his claims was that my Company stole a roll of weed barrier. We would never do something like that. In the estimate it is described that this is provided by the Company. I will provide a copy of the description of the work that was done. Therefore I am not willing to return a roll of weed barrier, neither amt returning the money because the job was done the way he asked. I am also letting you know that after the job was done there was a refund of $500.00 because he started arguing with me and got very agressive. I am rejecting this response because: yes.  Paco did rotor ill. He tried to only refund $200 and I had to call him repeatedly to get him to refund the other part. As for the roll of weed fabric.  His guys stole it. I do not have it and it was not used to do a double layer as I requested.  So yes, he and his company stole it.  He lied and said he would do a good job and even when he double charged me for rotilling he and his crew did not break up the ground smooth, they went around and made 1 pass and loaded up quickly.  He did a poor job and the only reason he did refund me the $500 finally was that he knew he had not put in 5 zones only 4 but even then didn't refund me properly and made me hound him.  Because the proof is buried in my yard and he could tell a tale and get away with it.
