I had never been into this Salon, I drive by it often and wanted to give it a try I contacted the owner via the website and was set up an appointment I was never informed of who my appointment was with, I just assumed it was with the woman emailing me I arrived minutes early to the Salon, I walked into with no reception area and no one to greet me I was a little confused as to what to doA woman from the very back yelled 'HELLO' at me but no one came to ask if I had an appointment or why I was there They then asked if I knew who my appointment was with and I wasn't sure so I said no I was given a look like I was a complete it I felt embarrassed Than a woman from the massage chair stated my appointment was with her, but she had mins and a woman to rinse I was kind of taken a back..but I was very politeFinally after waiting on her to get massaged for minutes, she gets up and attends to her already waiting client...understandable Then another woman approaches me and asks if she can cut my hair or if I'd rather wait for KathyI didn't care because I just wanted a cut so I agreed to have Sarah do it She was super nice and did a great job I am undecided on if I'd go back or not I got a good cut, but I felt very unwanted I think it's the kind of place that if you haven't been getting your hair done by these ladies for a long time, they don't want you thereIt wasn't a very bad experience but it wasn't great I know I made my appointment only the day before, but if there was no time for me, it should have been set up on another day I think they need to work on a reception area and new clients If they have no interest in getting new clients than I guess they can keep on keeping on
