I went in to make a payment on a past due bill as well as my current title loanI asked to do the Title loan first, after giving the Manager the she posted it to my account and printed a receiptShe handed me the receipt and told me that she posted the $to my past due bill not my Title loanI explained that that is not what I wanted and she said it was the policy of the company and they did not have to inform me of the act before handThen the Manager and the other Lady in the store proceeded to go over my account in front of several other customers without me asking for any additional information

I have been a customer with this business for close to two yearsI have never had an issue until they got a new managerI had a loan out that I didn't pay on timeIt happensSo they ran my check through my bankI call ACA to talk about check being deposited and was told that as long as my bank statement showed that the check processed, even though my bank balance was negative, I could come re loanSo, I take my statement, and re loan, no issuesA few days later, I get a nasty voicemail from the manager Miranda saying I should have never been loaned to and I need to contact her asapSo I find out that the check they ran had returned, which I asked to begin with, but they assured the check had processed so they had their moneyI speak with Miranda about the loans and she explains she needs me to pay back the loan in full and still pay on the other loanIts two weeks before Christmas, and because my account had been negative, the returned check replaced the "negative amount" and my employment check depositedBills come out automaticallyI never thought for a second that I had "extra" money from this new loanThere was a mistakeOn my endOn their endBut besides that, how do we fix this? Manager Miranda tells me she will put me on a payment plan that has a start fee of $Then asks for me to pay on the otherI agreedDay before I'm due to be in the office for payment, I get a missed call with a voicemail from MirandaIn the voicemail that she clearly didn't know she was leaving, she can be heard saying to her co worker, " I don't care if I keep calling, harassing herI think it's f* funnyShe owes me money." You can then hear the co worker say, " Well, it's the company's money, not yours." Voicemail endsI immediately get a call from Miranda again with the, "Hey, just reminder for payment." I go in the next day like promised and Miranda greets me with," So, today you're going to pay $to start the payment plan and the initial payment of X amountThen you can pay $on the other." What? So now that I am here saying I cannot afford that right nowI'm apologize for the mistake but you promised a plan and then change it when I get thereThings got loudWords were exchangedShe denied my payment planSaid I was being maliciousReminder: I have been a customer for yearsI work in the health field and refer a lot of friends there which THEY pay me a referring fee every timeSo I tell manager I want corporates number and she told me she wasn't allowed to give that outOkThanks internetI make a complaintHear from no one for a weekCall the complaint line backThey say the Division Manager has noted he spoke with me and I apparently said I didn't want to speak with him since there was nothing he could do for meUm, that's the reason I put in a complaint, so, that's untrue as I told herSo I finally get a call from the person who noted he already spoke to me, ScottScott is the Division manager and the most unprofessional person I have came acrossHe actually got on the phone with me and said he spoke with me and I said to him," There's nothing you can do for me," and hung up on himI assured him that was untrue and he said bottom line is you ripped off the company and owe us moneyWowHe assured me he had no problem filing garnishment on me and specifically getting the sheriff to do soEven though I am an active payer and have been since the beginningI may have had to let a check run my account but it always cleared or else I wouldn't have been re loaned to like I have for yearsI told Scott I would be filing a new complaint on his unprofessionalism and he assured me it was my word against hisI am an active payerNever said I wasn't paying themI am not able to pay both loans off at one timeIt's just not possibleSo instead of keeping their plan initially, they have filed garnishment, and it will probably be paid off by the court date is here?? Makes no sense
