CUSTOMER DROVE VEHICLE TO SHOP AND STATED THEY HAD ISSUE WITH TRUCK DYING UPON INSPECTION VEHICLE COULD NOT BE DRIVEN BECAUSE IT WAS POURING COOLANT OUT THRU THE EXPANSION TANK ENG COMPRESSION WAS PUMPING INTO THE COOLANT SYSTEM FROM HEAD GASKETS LEAKING INTERNAL.*** PRICED THE HEADGASKET REPLACEMENT AND TOLD THEM THIS WOULD FIXED THE LEAK AND IT DID.BEFORE WE STARTED THE HEAD GASKET PROCEDURE WE SCAN THE POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE FOR CODES THAT MIGHT CAUSE A ENGINE TO DIE NO CODE PRESENT,AFTER THE HEADGASKET REPLACEMENT WE TOOK VEHICLE FOR A TEST DRIVE AND VEHICLE STARTED MISSING AND DIED WE HAD VEHICLE TOWED BACK AND EXPLAINED TO CUSTOMER THE LEAK WAS FIXED BUT STILL HAD ANOTHER CONCERN WHICH WOULD HAVE TO BE ADDRESS WHEN WE SCANNED THE POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE IT HAD CODES FOR A CRANK SENSOR CUSTOMER TOLD US NOT TO TOUCH VEHICLE SO WE DIDNT...SO THE REPAIR THEY PAID FOR SERVICE WAS RENDERED AND THEY OWE THIS COOLANT LEAK REPAIR ...THANKS *** ***

Again, sounds like a prerecorded message from their boss. They still have not addressed the fact that we DROVE my truck into their shop, were told "100%" that this would fix the problem we brought it there for BUT it didn't! We had to have it TOWED somewhere else to fix it. It was then fixed for $600. in 5 hours.%

Vehicle was leaking coolant and road side service that customer called noted coolant leak out of exhaust and had to add coolant to start vehicle. We have rendered service for what repairs the customer authorized.

As they stated in paragraph 2 of their statement: Coolant was NOT "pouring out" . Also, it was NEVER said the head gasket repair needed to be done to "complete all diagnosis and repairs needed".....NEVER. I was "guaranteed" the head gasket job would fix the problem I brought it in for......dying on the road, nothing more.%
