Why does Paducah power charge me $33.00 per month for customer service. It’s a rip off. That’s like a $25.00 fee for pushing a button. You are thieves and are just taking advantage of your customers

We hope to decrease our rates again in July. The usage for this customer this past month was 4469 kWhs. That is more than three times the usage for our average residential customer and is highly unusual. We typically see this type of usage in very large homes or in homes where there is poor insulation or a problem with the heating/cooling system.
