The truck arrived to our shop on 1/4/and I explained to the customer that the repairs would take approximately 4-weeks, I never mentioned an actual dateI made sure to explain this up front because I knew the insurance company would only pay for days of rental due to policy limitations, and the rental company was going to stop billing the insurance on 1/17/which I believe is where this date came fromThe insurance company used a third party estimate adjusting company that took days to respond to additional damage that I notified them of, and could not proceed with additional parts or repairs until they were authorizedThe wait with the appraisal company did cause another unforseen delay and pushed our initial forcast back some, but it will be done by 2/19/
